Welcome to Sunset Pointe at Margaritaville, we are located in the private Estates section of the Margaritaville resort area. Once you step into our home it will be easy to experience a "New State of Mind". Experience breathtaking 180 degree views of the lake from the large living room and multiple private decks. Our home is spacious and offers oversized bedrooms that can accommodate up to 10 people in comfortable beds. Each bedroom suite has a private bathroom, sitting area and private deck offering breathtaking lake views, perfect for your morning coffee or ending the day with a glass of wine.
Our home is designed to accommodate large groups and families with an open concept living room and dining room. Our kitchen is fully stocked with everything that you will need to prepare meals and entertain. There is a grill and ample seating to enjoy meals on the deck while enjoying our famous lake sunsets.
This home is located in the center of the action in Osage Beach and in the heart of the Margaritaville resort. While staying at our home you have access to the private Estates pools from May through September and can also access many of the resort pools and amenities based on the resort guidelines that they have in place. The resort offers several restaurants, the Landshark Bar with outdoor pool and beach area, miniature golf, horseback riding, indoor waterpark, arcade, bowling alley and a pub with pool tables. There also is a spa, outdoor tennis and basketball courts. If you are a golfer you will be in Paradise as you are minutes from a 9 hole and 18 hole Championship golf course.
Our home is located within 10 minutes of all major shopping, restaurants and entertainment areas. Brose through in house magazine and guidebook to organize your leisure activities.
If you are bringing a boat there is a designated unloading area at the Main entrance of the resort and you can reserve space in the Marina during your stay. The marina also offers boat, jet ski and paddle boat rentals.
You'll have 3 designated parking spots and additional parking is available at designated resort lots.

Regarding the door handle, it is actually a smart lock system that requires a specific touch sequence, which can sometimes be tricky if it's your first time using one..., and we appreciate you letting us know about the lights, outlets, and chairs so we can get those sorted right away!

Our stay was great. I liked that each bedroom has its own private bathroom, as well as its own heating/cooling unit. There is also an arcade table with hundreds of old video games that the kids loved. We spent the majority of our time on the deck or in the hot tub.

Great place with large bedrooms. We loved watching the sunset from the hot tub on the deck, and the kids were excited about the arcade table with 750 games! The kitchen is comparatively small and dark, but with so many choices nearby, we are out every night. Irma and Richard are excellent hosts and very responsive.

Since there were 6 friends in this rental, this is a reflection of everyone's input, to be as fair as possible.First, the views from the property are beautiful, and the deck was a great place to hang out. Some loved the property, some were underwhelmed.The decor doesn't currently match what's pictured, and what's in there makes it appear a bit dated. The showers are a little low for tall people, various lamps were missing bulbs, and standard "back-up" items, such as toilet paper and paper towels, weren't stocked - TP was later dropped off to us. The pantry had numerous, random items. While we were fully aware that the property would be in a wooded area, the people who stayed in the main bedroom found at least 6 spiders, of varying types, just in their room, throughout the 3-night stay, not to mention numerous other flying bugs (which we didn't recognize), and other spiders throughout the rest of the house. The group mentioned that additional pest control measures may be worth consideration.The host was nice, responsive, and even had wine, cheese, crackers, and a thank you note waiting for us when we arrived.Having personally stayed in countless VRBO rentals over the years, I believe this was the cleanest property I've stayed in.Again, this is the most honest rating we could give, based on everyone's collective feedback. Unrelated: the Margaritaville shuttle service was NOT friendly when we called to ask if they offer services in that area - they don't.

Regarding supplies: The property was fully stocked with premium toilet paper and paper towels prior to your arrival. While we always provide more than enough essentials for standard occupancy, "YOUR GROUP OF MORE THAN 6 REQUIRED AN EXCEPTIONAL AMOUNT". As noted, we immediately drove out to drop off extra supplies the moment you asked to ensure you remained comfortable. Regarding pests: Our home is located in a beautiful, dense wooded area and undergoes strict, professional pest control. However, when doors and deck screens are left open during frequent trips in and out, local outdoor insects will inevitably find their way inside. We encourage all guests to keep doors closed to fully enjoy the pristine indoor environment. Regarding decor: Our listings are kept updated, though we occasionally refresh minor accents. We appreciate your note about the lightbulb and have already ensured our maintenance team addressed it. We take great pride in maintaining the "cleanest property" you've encountered, and we will continue providing top-tier service to all future guests. Irma and Richard

Irma and Richard are wonderful hosts! We were welcomed with snacks, gifts and champagne! The deck was my favorite place to be! We spent a lot of time out there with coffee or a cocktail and also really enjoyed the hot tub! We would definitely stay there again!
