Overlook San Juan River, Walk to Town, Quality 2 BD/2BA

This townhome is located on the top floor of a 3 story building with amazing views of the San Juan River. Play or fish in the river just steps from the building, or bring a chair and read a book while watching the kayakers and rafters.

This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom home is perfect for a family or group of 6 or less. The living room has plenty of space to lounge after a long day of hiking, fishing or playing in the snow with a TV for all to enjoy. The living room, dining area and kitchen are all open to each other, perfect for spending time together. The main area has a gas fireplace to set the mood and a small, but nice balcony to enjoy the views. The living room has 2 single pull out couch beds.

The master suite is large with a queen bed, great views, another gas fireplace, large closets and spacious full bathroom along with a small balcony. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed, is large, beautifully decorated, and wonderful views. The 2nd bathroom is just outside the bedroom door.

The house has games, books and a private storage room off the ground floor entrance to store all winter snow gear. This townhome is located in a small building of 2 other units.

All trailers, RV's, campers or other recreation vehicles must be approved prior to arrival to be allowed on premises.

This home is NOT pet friendly

Wonderful Condo

This condo is in a quiet neighborhood, close to downtown. Very clean and beautiful. We will definitely be staying there whenever we visit Pagosa!

It was a great place; however, going up and down 4 flights of stairs every day was not easy. In the future, we would need a place with no stairs.

Our Pagosa Springs Vacation

Family ski trip

Wonderful property. We liked that it was close to downtown. Communication was on point. Property was well equipped, spacious, and nice. We had no issues and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The location of the property was fantastic - walking distance to everything we needed, with beautiful views of the river and very peaceful. It was also an easy jumping off point for other sites in the area, like Chimney Rock and various hiking trails. The condo itself was great. The space is HUGE and the layout allows for gathering and retreating. We appreciated all the little extras, like the games and snacks after a long day seeing the sights. I definitely recommend staying here.

You can walk down to the river and there is a well maintained path that borders the San Juan river that is great for an evening walk.

Great time in Pagosa Springs

We loved staying at the condo on the river in Pagosa Springs. The unit was super clean and matched the description perfectly. The support team was very responsive and made us feel welcome. We would stay here again. Made our stay there a truly memorable event mainly due to the sound of the river flowing by right outside our window. Highly recommend this place!!

Ideal location on the river, quiet, walk to town and hot springs, small balcony with river view, well stocked kitchen, very clean. Management is super responsive. The 2 bedrooms are located at opposite ends of the unit, so it's good for privacy with families or couples. Also, there's air conditioning, which makes a difference in Pagosa summers. It's a walk-up, so those with disabilities take note. Nice walking path along the river. Overall, highly recommended.

Ski vacation

Everything was good, clean, spacious. Primary bedroom was huge with an enormous bedroom and bathroom (too big for me, could've used some of that space in the kitchen, but some would appreciate it). Public spaces were big enough. Third floor walk-up might be a problem for some groups, but it suited us fine. Quiet, clean, nice view of the river.

Close enough to walk to town have breakfast, lunch or dinner at one of the restaurants, shop in the small shops on Main Street. At the unit you could look out onto the river. In the evening you could watch the deer and fall asleep to the soothing sounds of the river. What a fantastic location.

Great location, really nice condo!

Overall, our stay at this condo went really well. The location is perfect! The condo complex is right on the river, with easy access to town along the river walk. It’s about a 10 minute walk to the hot springs and about 15 minutes to the restaurants. The condo was very clean with lots of attention to detail. The kitchen is well-stocked with plenty of glasses, dishes, pots, pans, cookie sheets, Tupperware etc…..The only cons were that there is no garage parking as stated in the original VRBO ad (which has since been modified), the master bed needs a new platform, as the support slats are bowed, so my husband and I found ourselves in a giant dip. And the biggest thing we had to contend with is that the internet is virtually non-existent. Supposedly the router was new, but the internet constantly went out on us and we were told by the management staff that we just need to unplug and restart it—which we did, sometimes every 10 minutes. Unless they get an upgraded router, don’t count on having internet. Despite some of those annoyances, the stay was really quite lovely. We had deer in our yard every morning and evening!
