This condominium has the LOCATION everyone wants as it has 540 feet of private beach and emerald green waters, so you can walk barefoot to the beach for a swim, eat at Bob's Bikini bar by the pool, or stroll over to restaurants located directly on the beach.

A new bait, beer and ice store and Dollar store across the street. Karaoke and nightly entertainment is provided in the summer.

Regardless of age, there are lots of activities available directly in front of the condominium, such as beach volleyball, parasailing, jet skiing, or banana boat rides. Within a mile you can play golf, mini-golf, ride go-carts, or try out the bungee. Other activities in the area include fishing, greyhound dog races, amusement parks, and great shopping. We have found things to be reasonably priced too.

Biking is easy, and the beautiful St. Andrews State Park is less than 3 miles away. Schooners beach club, Newby's Too, and great restaurants are in walking distance, shopping and entertainment close by.

Panama City Beach was ranked #1 as a Spring Break destination and #3 as a Golfing Community. It's beautiful sugar-white sandy beaches ranks it in the top 10 vacation destinations every year. If you're a golfer, there is a wide variety of golf courses.

Our family has been vacationing at Panama City Beach for over 30 years and we love it. We hope you will join us!

Fabulous Stay!

We took a family vacation with our children and mother in law. This condo was the perfect location for us. The beach was calm where we could all swim, the condo was right by the pool, which was perfect for our daughter who wanted to swim right at 8am when the pool was open. We were able to keep an eye on her while we enjoyed our coffee. Carole had all of the information needed for check in and condo entrance before we arrived which made the easiest check-in I have ever experienced. Thank you Carole for an amazing family trip!

Mother’s Day trip

The property has been newly renovated and it’s so pretty in there!!! All of the necessary things for the kitchen. Everything was nice. I dropped one star on cleanliness because there were a few dead big roach/water bugs on the porch and a couple here and there in the bathroom and master bedroom. Granted, at least they were dead, but housekeeping obviously skipped over that and refilling any toilet paper. I’m glad I took a roll with me before my Walmart order came because there was none at all. Other than that minor Inconvenience, we had a great time and I would stay again.

Wonderful place!

We had a great time and loved the condo! A little hiccup when we got there but Carole was available and helpful. The location can’t be beat! Perfect size for our family of seven and first floor was so convenient. We had such a good time that we stayed an extra night and we hope to go back again!

My booking was canceled two hours before check in. I was very mad about this. I also did not have very good communication with the owner either. You ask questions and never get a response. I would not recommend using Vrbo!!!

Beautiful Condo very well Cares for

We had a minor hiccup at arrival which was immediately remedied by the Owner. It’s a beautiful condo very clean and well cared for. We were right off the pool. It was quiet in the condo but also so convenient to the pool and the beach. We stay in VRBO properties 3-4 times a year and this is definitely one of the best! Also the easiest to contact the owner for sure! We would definitely stay again!

Love PCB and this condo

We really enjoyed this condo. Staying on the first floor was amazing with three kids! A couple of little suggestions would be a steam mop or even a swiffer to clean floors better, beds are stiff and need more pillows with pillow cases, sliding doors are stiff and cable box could use an update (very nit picky things, I know) none of this will keep us from not coming back. We had a great time and any issues were responded to pretty quickly by Carole. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Disappointed

I will start by saying that Carole was easy to work with and she addressed some of our concerns while we were renting. Overall we were very disappointed in the cleanliness of the condo. We had an issue with roaches, which Carole addressed immediately and explained that being on the first floor they are more likely to get in. She called pest control immediately and they came out to treat the same day. However, the condo was very dirty. The patio was basically unusable as it smelled of mildew and cigarette smoke. Cigarette butts were all over the floor. Old toilet paper was left hanging on the toilet brush. The beach and pool access was great, being able to walk right out the door was super convenient. The pool is well maintained and the beach is beautiful. I had higher expectations for the condo though.

Beautiful Panama Beach

We spent 7 nights 8 days in 609 and loved It!! The condo was very clean and I’m picky. So for me to be happy it was very clean. Regency towers was the perfect location for our first trip down, its location is perfect. Just far enough away from Pier Park that we didn’t have to constantly fight traffic but close enough that we could go and enjoy it if we decided to get off the beach. We loved the condo and felt at home from the second we walked through the door. Thank you so much Ms. Miner We will see ya next year!! Jocelyn

EXCELLENT

We rented units 106 & 609 from the Miners are were very pleased with both units. everything is clean and just as described in her VRBO page. We loved the 1st floor access to the pool and beach and also the view from the 6th floor unit. We had a group of 17, so we had 9 in the 3BR unit and 8 in the 2 BR unit. Plenty of room for everyone. We also cooked in the condos a couple of nights and used the charcoal grills a couple nights. It was a great vacation. Will be renting from the Miners again!!!

I have been renting Unit 806 Regency Towers, PCB. I have been so pleased with this unit. The kitchen is well equipped, furnishings in all rooms very comfortable. Bathrooms recently renovated beautifully. Walk-in showers new wooden cabinets. Having three bedrooms was perfect for me as I had a bit of company who all enjoyed staying here very nuch. The beach, restaurants, sandy beach, heated pool and hot tub were peerfect. I will be coming back whenever I get the chance.

Good Place to Stay

This is the 3rd year that we have stayed in a Unit at The Regency Towers which is managed by Carole Miner. Over the years, we have found Carole to be very efficient at responding to our concerns/needs. She is reasonable, a good listener, and understanding. She wants our stay to be enjoyable and as trouble-free as she can make it. Over the past few years and continuing this year, The Regency Towers is undergoing a needed facelift. Re-stuccoing the walls and replacing the bedroom windows facing the Gulf last year and the year before. The entire structure has just been painted this year and the swimming pools are being refurbished. The Towers also purchased some new exercise equipment. Most of the people that we have met At the Regency Towers have been coming to The Regency for 6+ years. We do a lot of socializing together. The Unit we stay in is quite nice. We have a new tile floor and the lanai was recently tiled as well. The dishwasher and stove are less than 3 years old. The first year the furniture was tired looking but by the 2nd year when we came down, the couch and love seat had been replaced with sassy green/blue striped furniture. Very cheerful! New throw rugs were also added to make the living and bedroom areas more homey and inviting.

First Time Family Beach Vacation

Carole, Condo#609 was everything you promised and more! Having only two bedrooms was not a problem, because the condo was very spacious. It was well equipped with everything we needed from pots & pans to broom & mop.( I over heard a lady at the pool say they had to buy a broom & mop!)Your binder of helpful information was perfect. We enjoyed cookouts by the beach several nights and other nights chose one of the recommended restaurants.We took a picnic to St. Andrews Park. Enjoyed the Eco Tour at Captain Anderson's Marina and went to Wonder Works Museum. Karaoke night was a hit with my granddaughter! She and my Daughter-in-laws niece chose to sing a favorite song! Even 'Grumpy Gus' (my 13 year old grandson) couldn't help but enjoy himself the entire week. My youngest son proposed to his girlfriend...and she said YES!!! My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our vacation! I can not imagine a better vacation! Hope to see you again next summer! Thanks again for a fabulous trip! Pam

This was the 3rd time I rented this (#206) condo. I was as pleased with the place the third time as I was the first time. It was clean, it was comfortable, most of all Carole is the best to work with. I look forward to returning next year. Steps from the pool and beach. Best part is sitting on the balcony a sunrise and sunset with a glass of wine. :)

Great for the price.

The condo is very spacious and clean. If you have any problems Carole will take care of it right away. She's extremely sweet. We rented her condo for two months and her price is very reasonable.

Our family lives in Minnesota, and we started coming to Panama City Beach for our 'Spring Break' vacation in the late 1970's. In 1992, my son suggested we purchase a condominium in Panama City Beach since we all can't wait each year to return and sink our toes in the pure white sandy beaches and splash in the gentle emerald water in the Gulf of Mexico.

Now, my children bring their children -- and everyone considers a week at the beach to be the 'best' vacation they ever get to take. I can't wait to get up in the morning, get my coffee and book, and head out to my private balcony and start enjoying the idyllic calmness of beach life!

I have been to beaches all over the world and none compare with Panama City Beach. The soft white sandy beach is never hot on the feet, there are no broken shells or coral to cut your feet, the waves are gentle, and the water temperature is delightful. I also like that the beach is not as crowded as many other areas I have been. Panama City Beach is great for 'family vacations' (which is what I like!), but it has many exciting places for the the young adult crowd to gather and make new friends.

I like being at the most beautiful beach in the world and still being in the continental United States where I can drive my own car, watch my favorite TV shows, shop at my usual stores, and feel very safe. Plus, there are so many fun things to do and great places to eat in Panama City Beach and nothing is more than 8 miles away!

The Regency Towers Resort Condominium is situated directly on the beach. Here are some of its amenities:

During the summer months, entertainment is provided 6 days a week (a big hit with families). Jet skis, parasailing, banana boat rides, and lounge chairs/umbrella rentals available right at the beach in front of the Resort.

You can walk for miles on the white sandy beach. Walk <2 miles to St Andrew's Park (Florida's most visited State Park), fish off the jetties or the pier. Take a boat tour to Shell Island in search of those perfect shells.

There are several golf courses within just a couple of miles (Marriott Bay Point has an 18-hole golf course designed by Jack Nicklaus and Signal Hills Golf Course also has 18-holes).

For the kids, there is bungee jumping, arcades, go-cart tracks, mini-golf (some with black lights), haunted houses, mazes, arcades, a sky coaster ride, batting cages, a Ripley's elieve It or Not Ship (attraction), and WonderWorks. There is also a Dune Buggy Park attraction about 6 miles from our Resort. A Marine Park where you can swim with the dolphins. ZooWorld Zoological and Botanical Conservatory, Bear Creek Feline Center (BCFC) is home to Florida wildcats and exotic felines.

There are so many restaurants that you will have a hard time picking which one to go to -- but they are all good!!
