LUXURY 3BR VILLA WITH BEACH ACCESS, POOL & HOT TUB IN HILTON HEAD

SEACREST CONSTRUCTION NOTICE: Please be advised that the exterior roof project at Seacrest is scheduled to begin in early September 2025 and will continue in phases until completion, currently expected in late April 2026.

What to Expect:
Scaffolding may create an obstructed view during active phases.
Parking limitations due to construction equipment.
Noise during construction work hours.
Balconies may have limited access during certain phases.

Building 1:
Phase 1 (Courtyard Side): Scheduled for early November 2025 – mid-January 2026
Phase 2 (Street/Parking Lot Side): Scheduled for mid-January – April 2026

Building 2:
One phase scheduled to begin early September 2025 with scaffolding in place until early November 2025

Building 3:
No roof work is scheduled. However, parking limitations and noise may still be expected during the project timeline.

Despite these improvements, we are pleased to announce all resort amenities, including pools and the beach bar, will remain open for your enjoyment!

The schedule and phases are subject to change due to weather or other unforeseen factors. Please reach out with any questions or for updates about the specific villa you are interested in. (Tip: The first digit of your villa number corresponds to your building.)

Your luxury vacation home away from home, just steps away from the indoor pool, outdoor pools (only heated in March and April) and hot tub, is waiting for you! Also, strong Wi-Fi makes this the perfect location to stay awhile, work/school remotely, and then head to the beach or enjoy other island adventures.

Personally hand-crafted by Robert Graves, Sr., a pioneer and one of the first developers on Hilton Head Island, you are assured of the ultimate in decor, comfort, convenience and location. Not only has attention been paid to every detail from ceiling to floor, this is the only property with curbside entry and patio beach access. Imagine starting off each day grabbing a coffee from your gourmet kitchen and leisurely strolling to the white sandy beach to breathe in the sea air and listen to the sound of the ocean lapping against the shore. Maybe you'll meander back to enjoy a hearty breakfast or pack a picnic lunch for an afternoon at the beach. Sit at the dining table and plan out your adventures for the day. Will you rent bikes and pedal around the island, shop at our unique boutiques, check out the many restaurants for a quick snack or elegant evening meal, play a round of golf, or splash in the pool?

Whatever your choice, you have a lovely resort and amazing villa to return to at day's end. Slip under the cool sheets in your king bed and curl up for a restful sleep. Not ready to call it a day? Maybe host a game night or movie night in the large living space (don't forget the popcorn!). Gather in the kitchen for a quick bedtime snack or a midnight supper. Head back to the beach for some stargazing. There is so much to do that you will want to return often.

To add to the convenience and comfort of villa 100, we have a one-bedroom sister villa 102 just across the hall! 102 SeaCrest can be rented separately, or in combination with villa 100. Just like villa 100, this has been decorated and designed for your comfort and features exquisite furnishings. Nothing has been overlooked in our quest to provide the best to our guests.

This is a great location. Walking distance to just about anything you might need. The villa was roomy, well appointed/upscale, and perfect for our family (5 adults, 2-2 year olds and 1 infant). Already discussing our potential return to the same unit next year.

Beautiful condo

We have been going to Hilton head for many years, but this was by far our best trip. The condo was large and beautiful. The pictures looked really nice, but the property in person is even better. We love the convenience of staying on the first floor, and because we were so close to Coligny, we could walk to all the shops, restaurants, and even the Piggly Wiggly! I would definitely recommend Seacrest to anybody and we will be going back next summer.

Lovely Condo in Perfect Location

Spring Break

We absolutely loved the unit. However, the fire alarm went off 6 times in 5 days. Causing my 6 year old grandson to be totally traumatized! We stood outside the first time for 30 minutes at 8:30 at night my daughter in law had to call fire department then I had to call again 8:30 the next morning when it happened again!Then it went off 4 more times. It took a long time to get our grand son calmed down.

Family vacay

We were extremely happy with the unit. The location is unbeatable in regards to dinning and shopping but as well as the beach. The walk out patio was extremely convenient and made coming and going very easy especially with children. We are definitely going to come back.

Beautiful Property but definitely needs a refresh

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second time staying at 100 Seacrest and we were so excited to return for our second summer. We were bummed upon arrival to find the unit was not adequately cleaned (mainly hairs and sand left in bathroom). What was more upsetting was a lot of the furniture was dirty and seemed like it needed replacing. The rug in the living room was covered in stains and the patio furniture was in need of replacing. While we were there there was a leak in the master bathroom shower. Management was professional and came to check on it immediately but no one ever cleaned up the drywall that spilled into the shower and let us to deal with it... not what you want on vacation. Overall the property is still beautiful and you can’t beat the location and convenience of the space. We would probably consider staying again if we knew they did some refreshing of the space. It’s a great unit, just seems like it was tired after a busy season

Wonderful week

We stayed for a week and it was perfect. Nice and close to both the beach, pool and grocery store, as well as some other stores. It's beautifully decorated and was clean. The property manager was very friendly and quick to respond.

This property was stunning, the layout is larger than it looks in the pictures and everything about it was perfect. The kitchen is huge and beautiful, the porch was the prefect place for coffee and evening cocktails. The ability to walk out your back private entrance and into the gardens and to the beach was so easy. Easy walk and bike ride to shops and restaurants. We hope to be back in the summer. THank you!

Perfect rental in HHI!

This condo is perfect in every way! It is huge - massive kitchen, huge bathrooms, and spread out. We brought our 2 year old son, rented a crib, and it was everything our family needed.

Perfect Stay

My family and I traveled to Hilton Head for my 2 year olds first beach vacation. 100 Seacrest was an absolute dream. Location was prime. Directly across from colony shopping center where we would take the 1 min walk to get our nightly ice cream. Less than a 5 min walk from the back door to your beach chair. My son loved to look at the turtles and fish along the way and my husband loved to stop at Pool Bar Jim’s and get a cocktail. Once you were in the condo you couldn’t tell you were in the heart of things. Beautiful decorated and setup with everything you could need. One small note is that you can hear your upstairs neighbors footsteps but it really didn’t bother us. Overall a perfect stay and we can’t wait to come back next year!

Why NOT 49th birthday weekend 5 stars review

House was immaculate and large enough for my party of 6. Each room has a large king bed with separate baths with double vanities. Each of my guest felt special like they were living in luxury. The walk up to the private villa took the cake! It was a skip to the beach where we had our photo shoot and to the pools. If I had to recommend anything it would be to change the sofa coverings. Other than that it was a 5 out of 5. You won’t regret your stay! I wish we could of stayed longer.

Beautiful in so many ways!

We loved everything about our stay--location, unit, cleanliness, amenities, etc. We'd say it was a 10 out of 10, but if there was a way to lock/unlock the porch doors from the outside, we'd give it a 12!

Family Vacation

My family and I had a great time at this property. The walkout patio to access the path to the pool and beach was everything to make a trip with four kids five and under as easy as possible.
