The property is privately owned; the owner/ property manager is not responsible for any accident, injury or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowner/property manager is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the Guest or any other person visiting the Guest. By accepting this reservation, it is
agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises.
Renters agree to hold the homeowner and property management harmless in the event of any act by renters or guests (visitors) occurring on the rental property that results in injury or financial loss to the renters. The renters also agree to use the home and property grounds at their own risk and furthermore agree to hold the homeowner/property management harmless if any injury or financial loss occurs to the renter while using the rental property including stairs,
wood stove, patios, decks, dock, water sports of any kind (swimming, fishing, boating). For fire safety there is not a grill or firepit available. Ring doorbell camera at front door entrance.
