Well maintained, a bit older, but overall charming and worked well for our needs. Front desk staff present during normal hours, which was nice.

We enjoyed our stay here! The location was really great - we enjoyed being very close to the RMNP entrance and away from the hustle and bustle of Estes Park, but close enough it was still convenient to go into town for meals and such. We loved the sound of the stream and the view of it from the balcony. The bed was very comfortable. My husband and I slept a bit hot, (we generally sleep in a very cold room) as there is no AC, but that seems to be the norm in this area. The host provided several fans which helped a lot! Some of the appliances are a bit dated (the dishwasher was not operational during our stay), but overall it was a great stay and worked well for our time in the area. If you want to have a quiet, serene location but still close enough to town, this is a great option!

This was the perfect place to stay. Close to RMNP and Estes Park. We really enjoyed the sights and sounds of the river outside our room. Would definitely cpme again.

Great location! Close to the Fall River entrance to RMNP! Clean! Love the sound of the river when you open the slider to the deck! This is my go to location when I travel to Estes Park!

It is great short drive to Rocky Mountain National Park. I had to get up very early for my hikes there, and the hotel does a great job for checking in and out for those early 4AM hiking days. The hotel is very quiet and relaxing, with lots of restaurants down the road.

Fall trip

The location is perfect for touring the parks and visiting downtown. Room was great with the view of the river. We utilized the kitchen and made one meal in the 3 nights we stayed.

Estes Park getaway

This property was perfect for our stay. Very clean and spacious for the two of us. The view from the balcony and sound of the river made our mornings and evenings that much better! We would stay here again.

Cozy Weekend Away

My boyfriend and I stayed over our birthday weekend. The room was great and the bed was comfy. The fireplace made the nights super cozy! The location is awesome, super close to the mountain entrance and downtown.

It was very close to the Rockies national Park. The room was very clean towels and sheets were very clean and the bed was very comfortable. I had a nice deck. We could leave the screen door open for fresh air at night. We were there in the fall so the weather was perfect and the leaves were amazing. The staff front desk was extremely helpful and answered all of our questions.

Very comfortable and very clean. We tried to watch one of the many movies available but couldn’t get the DVD player to work. The room was very close to the Rocky Mountain National Park.

Ideal Place

My husband and I really enjoyed staying here. It’s close to the park entrance, close to Estes Park, and right on the river. There is a pool, paths to walk next to the river, grills, and a laundry room. We appreciated the movie library as well. It was a comfortable and relaxing stay.

Perfect!

The location is wonderful!A mile from one of the entrances of RMNP.Three miles from town.Our room was super clean and comfortable.We had a beautiful view from our deck, of the river below.Loved having the kitchen. They have it well supplied with things you may need. Hopefully will be able to stay here again!

Nice Cozy Place Near The Park

This was a nice place for two people near a stream and a few minutes from the park entrance. The communication was terrific - including a heads up for the new timed entry system into the park. Highly recommend.
