Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Nice condo, just a little hard to find the condo in the building due to lack of signs.

The condo was very clean. Loved how close it was to the beach. It wasn't too busy. We also enjoyed the pools, both indoor and outdoor. Would definitely book here again.

Nice vacation stay

Location was great! Close to the beach and Sassy Bass restaurant next door and open for 3 meals a day and drinks on the beach if you wanted them. Easy walk to the beach also. Drawback was construction on the condos surrounding us that made it a must to get up at 8 am, hopefully that will be over in another month or so. Accommodations were adequate but queen bed I basically had to climb up and out of the mattress and king was very firm. You might want to bring extra pillows for the guest room also. Everything seemed to be clean but noticed food under the couch that was not ours so housekeeping could be better. Bathrooms are both small but do the job, limited counter space. They have a nice coffee nook if you like coffee. I couldn’t tell from the photos posted but you can see the ocean from the balcony. The building has an elevator also. All in all we had a nice trip and stay in this condo, management at facility was great but Vacasa has poor service so hope you don’t need them for anything!

Vacation without the tourist

The lack of numerous tourists. A lot of families with a lot of children with tantrums. Will most definitely be back and you should consider this rental!

Perfect Beach Getaway Location

Perfect spot for us to bring family and enjoy the beautiful Alabama beach. The condo was immaculate upon entry and had everything we needed.

Overall good

Easy reservation and check in/out process. Staff stayed in touch with us throughout our stay. Loved how close we were to the beach. Nice big pool too. Apartment was overall clean but could definitely do with a deep cleaning. Areas like top of headboards on the beds, bedside lamps, need to be dusted. Overall comfortable stay.

Short walk to quiet beach

Okay e really enjoyed our stay in Ft. Morgan. We have stayed at the Plantations complex before and loved how quiet the area is. They have obviously updated the complex since we last stayed. Our condo was extremely clean and updated. The king bed was pretty firm (not a big deal- I just like to know what the beds are like when I look in reviews!) and the queen bed was soft. The extra blankets in the closet were a nice touch since it ended up being pretty chilly during our stay. We would definitely book at this condo again!

Plantation east

They gave customer service that was outstanding we arrived late that evening checked into a condo at Moonraker that was extremely dirty within 30 minutes they had us in a new condo out at plantation east. They took very good care of us and corrected the issue immediately to help our vacation go smoothly
