Kolonaki Luxury Residence In The Heart of Athens

Designed for modern living, with a distinctive interior finish in the heart of Athens’s upscale Kolonaki area, Kolonaki Luxury Residence is here to offer an Athenian super-luxe city stay.

On the fourth floor of a typical Athenian apartment building, this 130 sqm residence features three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a combined living/dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen.

With its herringbone wooden flooring and minimalistic decor, the generous open-plan living and dining area exudes elegance and warmth. It boasts ample sofa space to relax on after a day of walking the exhilarating Athenian streets below. The dining area is bathed in natural light and easily seats six for a ‘home’ meal away from home.

The Kitchen, with a space of its own, boasts a sleek grey and white palette with integrated appliances and everything you will need for your very own cooking sessions. It also features a slightly higher table (with 4 stools) for a more casual meal or quick coffee before you begin your day roaming the Greek capital.


The lovely wooden flooring flows seamlessly into the three bedrooms which feature extra-luxurious upholstered beds, fitted wardrobes, and natural light streaming in. Two of the bedrooms have double beds and the third; two single beds.


The sophisticated bathroom (one of the bathrooms is an en-suite) design includes heated towel racks, gorgeous floor to ceiling tiles, and walk in showers.

To finish off, perfect ambient temperatures are secured all year round with both modern radiator and air-conditioning units throughout the apartment.

Very nice property in Kolonaki, which is a great part of Athens. The property comes as advertised and was clean and spacious. Debbie, the host, was very responsive and very helpful. She showed us arong the property and made great suggestions on what to do and see while we were in Athens. Would definitely use her again.

Great location!

This apartment is truly in the best location in Kolonaki - steps away from everything. Debbie was absolutely incredible, very attentive to detail and provided great recommendations. The apartment was spotless and we couldn't have asked for a better stay!

Great Place to stay near Kolonaki

We stayed for four days. It was near Evangelismo subway station, which is one stop away from Syntagma and two stops away from Acropolis station. It has many great restaurants nearby and is only 12 min walk to Mount Lycabettus Funicular. It was very comfortable with all the modern comforts. I would highly recommend it.

Fantastic Apartment in Great Location

Everything about this apartment is excellent. The cleanliness, the newness, the location and the property manager. A block from the metro and numerous food, bakeries and cafes within walking distance. Safe as can be with no worries whatsoever. Couldn’t ask for better managers.

Fantastic all around

Very clean and updated with air conditioning in each room. Located in a nice neighborhood with coffee shops with pastry's (cheese and meat), restaurants that were fantastic, and several stores and markets to grab anything needed. The location was a short walk to the blue metro line and made hitting all the sights very easy with a 5 day pass for about 8€. The owners were also helpful in setting up some tours for us. The check-in person met us at the property and was also very helpful in getting us oriented to the area and activities, restaurants and cafés. It was such a great place to have the family’s base camp while doing so many things in and around Athens and several close islands. Highly recommend this property and management group!
