Located in Southern Belize at a peaceful complex in the Maya Beach neighborhood on the beautiful Placencia Peninsula, this property sits adjacent to miles of stunning beaches of white sand and rolling waves. When you're not lounging by the pool or sunbathing on the beach, grab some takeout from one of the nearby restaurants, or swing by the supermarket just up the road in the village of Seine Bight to stock up on ingredients for home-cooked meals. For additional excitement, choose from activities under the sea, out in the jungle, or whatever else you fancy here in paradise! And Placencia itself is only four miles south, offering additional restaurants and shops.

If you're looking for that "Not a resort" vibe, this is your place. Quite, clean and comfortable. Checking in and out was as in obtrusive as it gets. Everything was as advertised, the atmosphere is quiet and safe. The accommodations were clean and as advertised.

Comfortable condo, lovely setting

This condo has a lovely shaded porch overlooking the pool and the Caribbean. We spent most of time there. The kitchen had only a small refrigerator but the owner told us that that would be replaced with a full-sized one, which would make it easier to make meals. As it was, we ate out every evening (lots of restaurants to choose from) and ate light breakfasts and lunches at the condo.

Trouble with the toilet flushing.Air conditioner in living room had to be reset twice. WiFi was very spotty A little run down but bed was very comfortable and the view is amazing

GREAT PLACE TO STAY

This is our second time to stay in this condo and our third time to stay at Beachside Villas. I highly recommend the condos. The location is great - sit on the deck and watch the waves or watch people enjoying the pool, or step into the pool yourself. It's a few feet from the deck. The condo is always clean with a comfortable bed - two sinks in the bathroom which is nice. The internet was even better this stay. The Vacasa staff is easy to communicate with and are always so helpful and extremely nice. Beachside Villas is the place to stay in my opinion!

Quiet and clean

This was a really nice one bedroom condo/apt. It was the ground floor but we never heard any noise from the people upstairs. There’s a beautiful salt water pool plus a perfect ocean view. Theres AC and a wonderful breeze with window slats opened. There’s a fully equipped kitchen and clean, new linens. We didn’t really use the kitchen except for coffee and the refrig for cold drinks. There’s a nice restaurant next door at Roberts Grove with good food at reasonable prices, as well as other restaurants fairly nearby. You need a taxi or a car to get to some parts of Placencia. Some rented golf carts but it would take an hour to get the 18 miles to Placencia Village. We’ll definitely come back!

Easy to stay and relax

The room was a proper 1 bedroom, with a spacious and clean living room with dining area and kitchenette. The actual queen size bed is very creaky/noisy so bring earplugs because every time you turn over your partner with feel/hear it.

AC is good. Black mold in bathroom. Walls have holes for mounting other towel bars or something and were never patched. Towel bars are rusting. They were painted more than once which is okay but keep it up regularly if you are going to use steel. Freezer in refrigerator is very small. Window Screens are badly damaged. Receptacles covers are broken. Wifi? Many dead areas in villas and high speed is 2mbps. Zero on cloudy days. 2 of the 4 burners work on the stove top. The wardrobe closet in bedroom smells like moldy laundry. The toilet does not flush completely. There is a delightful air bubble display in the toilet when the villa above flushes the toilet. The knob to turn the lamp on/off is broken. And they had to mount the bed to the wall, but poorly. So you know what that means;)
