This sunny and bright, ski-in/out condo offers you the perfect opportunity for relaxation and adventure in the heart of Arrowhead. The condo boasts several family friendly amenities, such as children's toys and a pack and play as well! Enjoy a warm, inviting, and unique floorplan with top-of-the-line amenities and comforts. Prepare full course meals or warm up last night's leftovers in the well-equipped kitchen, and then dine at the attached breakfast bar or the nearby table for four. The great room continues with a living area warmed by a gas fireplace and a convenient door leading out to a private patio. Guests will also enjoy access to a shared, outdoor pool, hot tub, tennis courts, and a pickleball court. Additional amenities include a private washer/dryer and three new smart TVs.

This condo is located right in the heart of Arrowhead, just 100 yards north of the Arrow Bahn Express Lift. Don't feel like cooking in your full kitchen? A variety of restaurants, bars, and breweries are scattered across the immediate area, almost all of which offer takeout. In addition to the nearby slopes, you'll find additional skiing and snowboarding for every skill level just a short bus ride or drive away, in Avon (only three miles east), at Beaver Creek (five miles east), and Vail (14 miles east). Hiking, river adventures, and world-class mountain biking can also be found all over the county.

Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
A 4x4 is recommended in winter.
Please note that this home does not include central AC.
There is a heated underground parking space with additional parking in the Arrowhead lot across from the condo.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
