We had a wonderful stay at this beach rental. The check in process was simple and hassle free. We did have a small issue with the door combo, but we called the number and was helped immediately. The property was clean and well-maintained, and the views from the large deck were beautiful. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it.

Property management was great! This is one of the cleanest places I have ever stayed in. The huge balcony was perfect for watching the sunrise in the morning and listening to the waves at night. This unit had everything we need for a comfortable stay. Can’t wait to stay here again next year. The Wildes FamilyAshley Pa

Great Stay!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was as it was supposed to be. The pictures were very accurate, the place was very clean and the instructions were perfect. We went in April so it was the off-season so the rates were great, but the weather was still good and the location was fantastic. Big bonus was the slider door that opened on the bedroom. You can lay in bed and see the ocean. The public sections of the building were a bit old and dated but who cares...

Love the balcony!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our third year enjoying this condo. It is spacious and clean, and the central air (other units have small a/c units) is super appreciated! My favorite spot is the balcony overlooking the ocean. It's wonderful! Unfortunately, all the cushioned furniture on the balcony was soaked so it couldn't be used the whole week. The higher chairs and table are comfortable enough, though. Also, we were given an incorrect code for the gate (exit/entrance to/from the beach and pool). Thank goodness another guest was there to help us! I had the pool to myself for an hour one day, and that was so peaceful! Thank you!

OC 2025

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 15th Year at The Beachmark. It is our place to be in OC. The unit is always clean and inviting as soon as you open the door. Benchmark Property Management team is always available to answer you needs and provides instant answers to any questions you might have. Parking this year changed to 1 parking pass which is a bit confusing. It says its OK to park a second car in any unnumbered space. However since there is only 1 pass, you might get a warning issued by the Condo council. The 1st parking space is under cover under the building The amenities here are great with a 24ft. Balcony, Pool, and quick walk to the beach. Can't wait to book next year.

Beautiful 2-Bdrm Oceanfront

The condo was great... clean and taken care of. (and pool) We appreciated the ceiling fans, since we had to keep the A/C at 72... and when it was cool enough without the A/C. Kitchen well stocked w plates, cups, pans, etc. Love the balcony and balcony furniture... my favorite reading spot! Beachmark is the perfect location! Bathtubs a bit old, but okay. We had two separate issues with codes not working. First was arrival and couldn't get in the bldg. A call quickly resolved the problem, but why weren't we informed of a code change? Second (most frustrating and totally unacceptable... 2 calls to voicemail, 1 text, and 1 email... waited for a response) was our condo code stopped working. If my husband hadn't been inside, I have NO IDEA what I would've done. I didn't have my phone w me (on the beach)... really, what would I have done?! Quite upsetting.

Awesome balcony and views

This property looks exactly like the pictures of it! The 6 large glass doors overlooking the beach were phenomenal. The balcony is large and well appointed and we often ate our meals at the tall table. We could watch the sun rise from the comfort of the king size in the master! I was a little concerned that the living room furniture would not be very comfortable, but this was not the case at all - very cozy (though we spent little time in the condo). The directions to operate the tv were clear and easy to follow. There is a good selection of movies and games, which we were not expecting. The managers of the property were responsive when we had a concern (the entry code needed reset). Though the kitchen was a bit worn, we were impressed by how well equipped it was - there was even a pizza slicer in the drawer! Note that there is a step stool in the utility closet - which we did not discover for a few days - but is needed to get to the glasses in the back corner of the cupboards. The unit is convenient to the beach and plenty of places to eat. We were able to walk to pick up postcards at a souvenir store and then to the post office to mail them. I'd image that when the pool is open it is more convenient to get out to the beach but off season you have to exit the "front" of the building and walk around the building to get to the beach. Our only con for the unit is the flooring in the main living space - though it looks really groovy, it is a tripping hazard as it has like 1/4 inch raised edges on the "boards." - we also had to wear shoes to around stubbing our toes, etc. You wont regret booking this condo!

Wonderful place to enjoy our beach vacation!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo is great. It's a perfect OCMD location and is very clean. I absolutely LOVE the balcony! We did have a few issues we would like to address:1. The A/C vent in the ocean front bedroom doesn't blow much cold air.2. The bathroom near the kitchen... drain was not working well in the shower.

Condo is clean, well maintained, and with a location steps from the beach, so convenient for carrying chairs/umbrellas. The building has a nice pool as well. June 2022 Beach Week

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Is in a great location. Oceanfront balcony has beautiful views. Floors inside are very uneven inside. They are a tripping hazard, and carpets need a good cleaning. Almost impossible to get laundry detergent into washing machine. The pullout laundry detergent drawer barely clears the counter above. Therefore we didn't use the washing machine. Freezer door can't be opened completely. it's a side by side and the freezer door hits the counter behind it. Frustrating.
