Thank you, Jing, for a wonderful stay! Your house was the perfect location for our beach vacation. It was ideally situated between the beach and the bay, with both Pacific Beach and Mission Beach just a short walk away.The house was fully stocked with everything we needed for the long weekend, making our stay comfortable and stress-free.We hope to return and repeat this staycation in the future!

The property was very nice and well laid out for our family with 3 separate floors. The kitchen was stocked with all the pans, plates etc that we needed (even Ziplocks!). It had a nice library of books for both adults and kids of all ages. Best part was close proximity to the beach, just a short 5 min walk. Jing was very responsive to any texts. I would rent again next time we go to San Diego.

Beautiful beach home that was clean, fully stocked with nice linens, comfortable beds and top-notch kitchenware. Host had excellent communication, was very accommodating and even left us a birthday treat and homemade cookies. Lovely time at the beach. Thanks you for everything!

We had a great week at this property with six adults and two kids. It was especially well stocked with beach chairs, towels, boggie boards, umbrellas and sand toys. Communication with the host was great

King’s house is very clean. The kitchen is well stocked. Jing is super kind and very easy to communicate. We enjoyed the stay. I’d recommend this house!

House was amazing. Location, location, location. 20 yards to the left and you’re on the bay. One block to the right and you’re on the ocean. Host was always available and immediately responsive. Our family of 7 was able to stay comfortably. Evening walks along the bay are awesome. Would stay again.

This is the best stocked rental I have ever been in. Plenty of plates/cups/silverware, plus some pantry staples. The house was exactly as listed and the location is superb! Jing was a phenomenal, accommodating host. We are already planning our return to San Diego.

Our stay in SD was fantastic. Jing is a fantastic host and was readily available at any point if questions came up. The house is well-equipped and had everything we needed during our stay.

My family had a wonderful vacation staying at Jing’s beach house! We had plenty of room for 5 adults and 2 kids. The home is extremely clean and the beds are comfy. Jing has all the beach gear you would ever need in the garage. This includes chairs, boogie boards, an umbrella, toys and a wagon. This home is very close to both the bay and beach. The location was perfect for us! It was a bit of a tight squeeze but we parked a Toyota RAV4 and a Toyota Camry in the garage. It was so nice to have parking at the house! We had a blast staying at this home and would absolutely stay here again next time we visit Mission Beach! Thank you Jing for such wonderful accommodations! You are an amazing host and we will be back!

Cute beach house literally steps to the bay and super close to the ocean side. The best of both worlds. The host truly made our stay wonderful. I've stayed in several great VRBO properties but this host was the absolute best. Great communication, helpful suggestions, and the house had everything we needed (and more!).

The house was wonderful and very accessible. Jing was a wonderful host. She was very responsive when we had questions. The check-in and out was simple and smooth. The house was very clean and had everything we could possibly need. It is steps from the bay and a few more steps to the Ocean. Many choices of restaurants are a short walk. A great place to visit!

The host was amazing. Her name is Jing, and she is so kind. She even had chocolate chip cookies waiting for us for when we checked in! She’s so nice. She was so thorough in going over everything, she replies literally within minutes each time. Her property was clean, easy to access and had everything we needed. I would happily stay here again, or any property that has Jing as the host.

Parking was easy and secure, great location adorable property. It was a extremely hot weekend and the only suggestion would to be able to put a vent that could be closed in bottom room as it was freezing and the parties in the upstairs room were dying of heat. Ithrrwise everything was on point and absolutely beautiful!

Most of the beach homes in the area don’t have AC but we do since guests will need it for unusual hot days even though not often in San Diego beach area. The top floors windows and balcony door need to be closed when the AC is on. The 1st floor temperature can be controlled by adjusting the AC vent opening. Thanks again!

Nicely appointed space. Kitchen was triumphantly well stocked with dishes and cook ware. Location was perfect to go to either beach or bay. All our trips were within 20 min of this location!! Host was a great communicator and very responsive when we had a hot water issue. Highly recommend this location and host!!

Well the house and its proximity to the beach and restaurants was amazing, but the real star of the show was the wonderful host, Jing. So helpful from start to finish and very nice to communicate with. We will be back to stay in this wonderful property again.
