Nothing but great things to say about these two cottages in Harwichport!Kevin (owner) was very easy to deal with and very kind about letting us check in early and leave a little late.The cottages are lovely; well furnished and equipped and very cosy!A lovely neighborhood with beach access close by.We would happily stay there again!

This house was perfect for a bachelorette party! The house has everything you need. Quick walk to the beach, walk to the center and the outdoor space was amazing. So many places to gather as a large group. We will be back!

Such a perfect house for a trip with friends! So much space to hang out and two beautiful kitchens to cook in. We had an amazing time!

Awesome house! Great amenities and close to the beach!

The house was huge and beautiful. It had all the amenities and was in a great location near a ton of restaurants and shops in Harwich and the beach!

Wedding Weekend

Our stay in this house was fantastic! Walkable distance to shops and great restaurants along the Main Street. Great communication with the owner. Would definitely stay there again.

We had 11 girls for a girls weekend and every single one of us raved about the place. We loved it so much we already asked Kevin if we could come stay again next year. You couldn't pick a better location - you can see the beach down the street and can easily walk into town for anything you need. We spent so much time on the back patio and the landscaping is just beautiful.

Fantastic host, home and location!

Kevin is an amazing host - so responsive and willing to accommodate your needs. The house and guest house were perfect for our weekend - equipped with everything you could imagine! It was so clean and spacious. A quick walk to the beach, drive downtown, and an amazing outdoor patio area. Highly recommend booking!

Cape Cod Heavenly Spot 2021

Excellent spot on the Cape; perfect accommodation for a family of 7 adults and a five year old; walk to seaside town (5 minutes) and walk to a beach ( 5 minutes); very family friendly town; and a very experienced, accommodating and communicative owner! We ALL were very happy with our stay .

We had a great stay at this rental! We were a group of adults, and all had a comfortable place to sleep and hang out. Two separate houses were really convenient when some people wanted to rest and others wanted to socialize. It was very clean and the kitchens were great! Lots of towels and chairs for everyone to use. Super close to the beach, shops, restaurants, etc. Awesome outdoor spaces. Responsive host!

Amazing!

This stay was amazing! Great location with short walking distance to the beach and downtown Harwich Port. The property is exactly like the pictures - super clean, spacious, and perfect for a large family or group of friends. Kevin was very responsive to any questions we had and made the whole process very seamless. I’d highly recommend staying here. We definitely will be returning!

Cape wedding weekend

We had an amazing long weekend at this property! Myself, my husband and five other adult couples were in town for a wedding. We all fit comfortably. The outdoor space is perfect for enjoying the sunshine. Walking distance to some bars and restaurants and most importantly, the beach!

This property was perfect for our aunts and cousins girls weekend! The outdoor setup is amazing! The rooms/kitchens/bathrooms are all good sizes! Location - just right … easy to get to beach and the downtown area … didn’t need to drive anywhere. We loved it! Thank you!

Extended Family Week at the Cape

The home was a perfect base - with a short walk to Atlantic Beach - ideal for our youngsters ages 1-4. An easy walk to town for coffee, meals, etc. House was extremely well equipped. The "guest house" is freshly updated and quite nice. The main house not quite as fresh but perfect. Great outdoor space. Wonderful neighborhood. Highly recommended.

Engagement Gathering

Two families came together to celebrate my partner and I getting engaged. The two houses were stocked more than we could have imagined and the kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms were all fantastic and clean. This house could not have been any better! With the short walk to the town and the beach we enjoyed many morning walks. Additionally, the two patios could not have been better, where we were able to grill out and enjoy meals all sitting around the same area. Tons of space and such a beautiful property, would return in a heartbeat if we were to vacation on the cape again. Lastly, the host is an incredible person - cannot thank them and recommend this place enough!

Tale of two houses

We chose this property because it had two separate houses where our two families could enjoy the week. The location was great, close to beach and downtown. The parking was plentiful and the outside spaces were all very nice. The family who stayed in the guest house enjoyed a fully renovated space. My family stayed in the main house. This house was not enjoyable. There were 4 bedrooms upstairs with either king or queens. The only bathroom was horrible. It was very old, musty, small and had an old tub that was treacherous to get in and out of. Do not stay here if you have young children or older folks. The rest of the house was also old and had very unpleasant smell. Overall it was not our best vacation.

Our property description clearly states that the upstairs bathroom had an old clawfoot tub as did our Welcome Document. You stated that it was the only bathroom in that house, which is not true. There is a full bathroom downstairs per the description on our listing. Overall, we have six showers, four of which are brand new, including the two outdoor showers. The other five showers are all easy to get into. As to your comment to not renting to old people or those with kids, I don't agree, unless someone can't get up a flight of stairs as all 8 bedrooms are on 2nd floor. Not sure what the musty smell was? My family stayed there this week and didn't notice the smell. Are you sure you meant to provide a two star rating for just an old shower? Kind of bums me out as we strive to get 100% 5 star reviews, of which 11 of 13 reviews have been so far. Having vacationed in Harwich for 30 years prior to buying our house in 2020, it's the nicest house my family has ever stayed in. I'd also like to mention that despite the main house being old, it's beautiful and all of the furniture in it is brand new, as is the stove/oven and fridge. I don't think your 2 star review is fair or accurate.

We had a great stay! The house was perfect for our group of 14 while we were in town for a wedding. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a larger group. The amenities were great, and the location was convenient for getting around. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this home to others!

Home was absolutely beautiful. The home owner provided everything we could have wanted plus. The communication was a ten plus any requests we had he responded within minutes. The area very convent to shops and restaurants all walkable. I would 100% recommend this home and I myself would come bac k and stay here again. Big shout out and thank you for making our stay wonderful

"One Day More"

Wonderful cottage, comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen with every dish, pot and pan you would need (no food of course but spices, etc.) and a fabulous outdoor space. Beach is around the corner. Would rent again!

Harwich Port Heaven.

My family stayed in this lovely house for a local wedding and it exceeded our expectations. Perfect quiet location - easy walk to the beach and into town. Kevin was great to coordinate with. Perfect all around.

Ideal location for our family vacation!

This is a comfortable and clean home in a fabulous location. It had everything we needed, and lots of nice touches to make the home feel comfortable and welcoming. The host was welcoming and the property manager was quick to respond to any questions. Perfect location between beach and town - we walked everywhere. There are lots of improvements underway so next year I expect it will be even nicer.

Perfect Cape trip!

Had an amazing week in Harwichport and this house did not disappoint! Absolutely perfect location- extremely short walk to beach and very short walk to downtown- can’t beat it (especially with 3 little kids!). House was spotless, had everything you need. Communication with a Kevin the owner was great from time we booked up until we left for the trip. Looking forward to next year!
