It is also well-served by public transportation (a bus stop 90 m away with 3 lines, a tram stop just a 10-minute walk away that takes you to downtown Bordeaux, and a V3 bike-sharing station 600 m away).<br><br>Ideal for exploring Bordeaux, this 112 m² three-story apartment features:<br>- 3 suites, including a bedroom with a king-size bed (new bedding), a large walk-in closet, and an en-suite bathroom,<br>- a living area featuring a living room with a sofa bed, a dining room with a custom-made marble table, and a fully equipped kitchen—all opening onto a terrace with a dining table and a cozy little seating area. <br>- In the basement, a large stone and rubble-stone cellar houses a laundry area.<br><br>It can therefore comfortably accommodate up to 8 people (thanks to its 3 bedrooms and the sofa bed).
