Accessibility, freedom in your travel and the cozy comfort of a chic loft, located in the heart of the city await you! You will be charmed to find this quiet apartment, right in the middle of the action, less than 10 minutes walk from Old Quebec and all the unmissable places to visit. Everything is there, bedding, towels and condiments for cooking, you are only missing in this luxurious apartment!

Bedding, towels and kitchen items will be provided to provide you with a simple trip and make you feel at home. A TV and WIFI access also, for moments of relaxation and a workspace with small desk. The large queen bed will allow you to be 2 comfortable travelers. The loft are renovated and tastefully decorated, we promise you a cozy and welcoming stay! A walk on the street to find everything you need for lunch will become a way of life to the rhythm of Quebec.

All the space is accesible for the travellers.

I will remain available via the AirBnb platform if necessary and by phone, but only for emergencies.

A trip to St-Joseph Street quickly becomes an epic to the best restaurants, cafes and fashion shops as you are located on the most dynamic street of the St-Roch district. In less than 10 minutes on foot, you will have arrived in Old Quebec, an unmissable place to visit for any traveler to Quebec. A walk in the city can quickly turn into an epic hike on the edge of the St-Charles river, which crosses the heart of the city. The museums, events and must-see places will all be easily accessible and you can take the opportunity to explore the city at your own pace! No worries with the car, you won't need it!

Strolling towards the places you want to visit, you will be charmed by Quebecers, local shops and above all, the festive atmosphere of the city. However, the public transport service (RTC) is perfectly served in this sector of the city, point of arrival and departure of the main routes. The Gare du Palais is also a few meters from your accommodation! The car is also a good option, provided you plan to park during your trips in town.

Nice place for a couple of nights

Nice and cosy. Very reasonably priced. Close to most attractions. Since I am short, the high dining table was a bit of a problem, but that's just me.

Spacious, convenient and decently equipped. The apartment is literally two minutes walk from a good supermarket and surrounded by high quality food options. I got there easily from the airport on the 80 bus with a short walk and left by a 10 minute walk to via rail. You can get into the old town with a 10 minute stroll and I got the 800 bus to Montmorency from 2 min away. It's really an excellent base location.The area is ever so slightly gritty, QC in the old town is very sanitized and touristy, this property is just on the edge of that area and is a little more artsy/hipster/studenty/real. I did not feel unsafe at any point at all though. The entranceway to the property is a bit rough round the edges but the apartments are clean, comfortable and well managed. The host was very responsive and helpful. The kitchen is decently equipped with pans, olive oil, salt pepper, double hob, microwave and fridge (note no oven, this is in the listing though). The studio is spacious and has everything you need.I will say the area is quiet but the building is not. The walls are thin and you can hear every move of your neighbour. If you are a light or late sleeper earplugs might be a good idea. Also note the laundry is not in the unit but shared.

We stayed for 3 nights. The location was good for walking to old town (20 minutes) and there were a number of good restaurants nearby. The host was very good with communication and answering questions. Our check in was delayed as the room was not ready. We parked at the Indigo lot not too far as street parking was limited and confusing There are a lot of homeless people on St. Joseph as the nearby church acts as a homeless shelter, but it did not make us feel unsafe.

Small place within walking distance to Quebec City

Unit itself was fine. Steps leading up to apartment and entry way were very dirty, dark and dingy. We only had one wine glass but contacted host who had housekeeper deliver two. Shower was very good. Building was very secure although neighbourhood left something to be desired.

Old Quebec

Easy to find and walk to old Quebec. Lots to offer around this property. Cafes and outdoor restaurants.

Great location!

Loved the location, close to lots.of good restaurants and bars. Air con unit was free standing and not the best during the 30+ weather. Washing machine is a shared one for the floor not in the room.

Close to the Old City

We had a nice stay, construction aside, and the location was a simple 15 minute walk to old Quebec. The unit was easy to find, clean, and well appointed. The bed could use a newer mattress but it was fine. I recommend this place highly as a choice to be close to old Quebec with a reasonable price point.
