Max Occupancy Rules: Please ensure you do not exceed the 8 guests occupancy rule or each additional guest will be charged $50 for a stay 4 days or less and $100/guest for stays of 5 days or more.

***IMPORTANT NOTICE *** Balcony restoration work IS COMPLETED on our side (N, NE, and NW facing sides) of the building. The other side (S, SE and SW facing side) of the building will have work done as the balcony restoration project continues. As such, guests should experience minimal noise levels on our side of the building but the other side will be affected depending on the type of balcony restoration work being performed. Overall completion of entire building is expected to be sometime in 2026.

Experience breathtaking ocean views from the master bedroom and living areas of this oceanfront condo in Daytona Beach. This property boasts outdoor parking, elevators, a sauna, a gym, an outdoor pool, a recreational area, and more. There is high speed wireless internet, tv in each bedroom, cable and more. Location is close to the Daytona Pier, boardwalk, Daytona Lagoon Waterpark, OceanWalk Shops and Theater, Main Street entertainment, bars, and restaurants. A 20 minute drive to the historic Ponce de Leon Lighthouse and about 7 miles to Daytona International Speedway. Some additional nearby attractions include 60 miles to Disney World, SeaWorld and Universal Studios, and just a 45 minute drive to the Kennedy Space Center and Cape Canaveral Cruise Port. Home as well to year long famous Daytona special area events such as Daytona 500, (2) Bike weeks, Truck Week, Daytona Rock Concert and more.

Daytona Bike Week

Condo is beautiful with ocean views, as described, good communication with owner and clean.Parking limited, construction ongoing, only 1 elevator available for several days. Condo approx. 3 miles from Boardwalk and Bike Week area. No walkable options for meals.

Our 3-night stay was perfect for our family. The owners were very accommodating with our late arrival, and the condo had everything we needed. The ocean view from the living room and wrap-around balcony was spectacular. We loved the privacy of the master suite and the extra space the two bedrooms gave the kids to spread out and relax. Would definitely stay again!

Great view and quiet beach

The keys are a little tricky but that’s the only negative thing I could say. You do hear construction sometimes but it’s not horrible. It was a little loud at the pool one of the days but again not a deal breaker. Beds are comfy. Condo is pretty. Beach wasn’t crowded at all and we even met some fishermen that are regulars and were so nice! They let the grandkids see baby sharks they caught and feed “Spot” bait (a bird that follows them and then us around on the beach). Too cute! Pool was nice too. Several places to shower off too. I’d come again!

Best Family Vacation with a full view of the Ocean!

Our family of 7 stayed and had a most fabulous view of the ocean at all times. We were extremely impressed with our unit. It was gorgeous on the inside with more than ample room for all of ! It was decorated in an Ocean theme. They have thought of everything a guest would need!! Pleasantly surprised there were even chairs and water boards for the unit. They had an outdoor pool which was kept very clean. Our host was responsive to our questions. Hands down we said we would definitely return. Can't thank you enough for making our trip accommodating for all ages.

Very clean and comfortable. The ocean views and balcony was a great way to end a day of golf. Had to work out having only 1 key for the building but overall, very satisfied

Christmas at the beach

We had a wonderful stay for our Christmas at the beach. Clean, easy parking. It does need more items to cook with as we had to buy pots etc. otherwise it was very nice and comfortable. We had our 85 year old grandparents and older uncles and Aunts all come over and enjoyed Christmas together. It was a blessing as one of our dear Uncles has departed this earth since. Then. Family Getaway

The property was very nicely decorated, however the Master Bathroom needs some attention. Unfortunately My parents could not Enjoy the view due to the ongoing renovations. That was not stated when I initially booked. The pictures showed a wonderful balcony were my Senior Parents Could Enjoy the Ocean. This was really the main reason for my booking. We were disappointed because of that. There are A Lot of Rules.. Overall the property could be Extremely Relaxing for you or Family Once All Renovations are Completed. The property managers were available when needed,

Beach Days

Solid property with some exterior repairs in progress. The completed elevations are very clean and fresh. It appears that all the exterior windows and doors have been replaced. The sliding doors to the balcony were very smooth operation and had recently been installed. The interior was clean and neat. Our family had a very relaxing time at this location.

Beautiful place!

The owners were very responsive to any questions I had before and during the stay. Super nice couple when talking to them on the phone. The condo is located in a great location. Beautifully decorated, and newly updated. Spacious, 3 bedroom, with a nice living room area that overlooks the Atlantic Ocean. The outdoor patio is very spacious to sit and drink coffee and watch the sunrise. Will be back to stay again soon.

Excellent host

The host host was very upfront about the construction at the property and sent me pictures so I could have a better understanding of what to expect. It was one of the best condos we’ve stayed and the others weren’t under construction!!

Great Location

The condo is under construction and loud. The owner had no control over this. With small kids, the noise was disturbing and scary for them and they started promptly at 8 am. The condo needs a good deep cleaning. Dust was obvious, I’m sure reconstruction played a part in that. However other things needed a good cleaning, like the sinks and bathrooms. The master bedroom was very hot, not much air in the room. The Lockboxes for keys didn’t work. Keypad on door didn’t work. Therefore, We had to keep up with two sets of keys among the eight of us. It was daunting. The door wouldn’t stay closed unless the deadbolt was locked which meant you have to keep up with keys and share them among all guests. Keys are required for entry to the beach, pool access, and lobby. Again, only two keys for all my guests was extremely difficult. There is no wheelchair access except in the garage. No wheelchair ramps to the beach for your wagons of chairs and toys. Lots of steps to the beach and the garage from the pool. Again, impossible with a wagon of heavy things. Overall the stay was good and I would recommend it. I would stay here again. Lots of space. Good location. And easy check in and out. The remodel has been going on for two years already. But there’s not any noticeable improvements.
