Maison Paulin, a small, recently renovated stone farmhouse, is located in the lush countryside of the charming village of Perpezac-le-Blanc. Here, you’ll enjoy a peaceful and relaxing vacation surrounded by nature, nestled between the Corrèze, Lot, and Dordogne regions.

Sleeping 2 people, with the option to accommodate up to 4, this lovely little detached house of about 70 m² features two terraces and a garden (which is currently blooming!). Inside, it features a kitchen with a view of the lush countryside, a charming living room, a small sitting area with a sleeper sofa (140 x 190 cm) and a work area, a bathroom with a walk-in shower and toilet, and a bedroom upstairs (140 x 190 cm bed).

Stays are ONLY AVAILABLE ON A WEEKLY BASIS DURING SCHOOL VACATIONS, SATURDAY TO SATURDAY, and/or by the night outside of school vacation periods.
Rental rates:
- Outside of school holidays: 100 euros/night (minimum 3 nights) or 680 euros/week
- During school holidays: 760 euros/week
- During the summer months (July, August): 840 euros per week
A security deposit of 300 € will be required upon arrival and will be refunded no later than one week after your departure, minus any charges for damage or cleaning services.

House located 2 km from Perpezac-le-Blanc, 20 km from Brive-la-Gaillarde, 30 km from Montignac, and 50 km from Sarlat.
3-star furnished vacation rental; no smoking. Pets not allowed.
Thorough cleaning is the sole responsibility of the tenant.
Provided: towels, bed linens, folding crib, patio furniture, and barbecue.
