**Let's look at the outdoors first: you will enjoy a superb unobstructed view over the hills, right from your outdoor lounge chair by the pool side, in the shade of a palm trees. A good way to experience some of the things the Riviera has to offer**

Absolute peace and quiet, no pesky city noise will disturb your vacation. Only birds and cicadas, but these are not considered noise disturbances, just sounds of Nature.

Now, for the fun part, you will be able to enjoy the outdoor cooking/dining area, fully equipped, including a complete summer kitchen with refrigerator, freezer, wood-burning oven, BBQ, griddle, etc... as well as a raised terrace with a dining table that can seat 10 to 12 people, perfect for large family (or friends) gatherings.

If you feel you need to stretch your legs a bit, your will be able to meander around the large flat property grounds (if you have young children however, we recommend keeping an eye on them: some spots on the property may be more challenging).

How about that for living the Dolce Vita on the Riviera!

But wait.... And to make sure you don't have to worry too much about tidying things up while on vacation, daily housekeeping is available upon request (additional charge will apply, must request at least a week before arrival). How about that for the (thick) icing on the cake!

**Impressed about the outdoors setting? Let's look at the inside: the stunning 330m² villa, built on two levels and divided in three main zones of living space, is decorated with love and care (we would not have it any other way!) and features the following floor plan**

**On the main level:**

A large day living zone, with:

- A huge lounge area with a smart TV and opening directly to the outside.
- A large open-floor kitchen with all the trendiest and upscale equipment you will need to prepare and serve great meals.
- Separate toilets for guests and day use.
- Direct access to the outside terrace which includes the patio lounge, the outdoor dining area and the fully equipped summer kitchen.

The night/sleeping zone, with:

- A first bedroom suite with a double bed, closet/dressing, TV and shower room.
- A second bedroom, suited for babies, which includes:
- A baby crib with bars, and a changing table.
- A sofa bed, if you want to take a nap (bedding for this sofa bed is not included).
- A mezzanine bedroom with two single beds.
- A connecting bathroom.
- A master bedroom suite with a double bed, TV, terrace, office space mezzanine, and shower room with a large dressing room.

**On the lower level, which can be made totally independent with its own outside access if needed, you will find a second dwelling complete with kitchen, living room, three bedrooms and two bathrooms, with the following floor plan:

- A first bedroom with a double bed and a dresser.
- A second bedroom with a double bed and closet/dressing.
- A full bathroom with toilets right next to those two bedrooms.
- A bedroom suite with a double bed, a small TV, and a private shower room.
- A stairway will lead you to a day living area where you will find:
- A lounge area with a sofa and a TV.
- Another well-equipped open-floor kitchen with central island and a dining table for 4 to 6 people.
- Separate toilets.
- An outdoor terrace with a dining table also for 4 to 6 people.

**ATTENTION**: The downstairs bedrooms are not air-conditioned.

**In addition to being less than 10 minutes away by car from the beaches and everything else the town of Golfe Juan as to offer (restaurants, shopping, entertainment...) you will be able to enjoy the following activities:**

- Visit the town of Cannes, with its famous Croisette seafront boulevard and its true Riviera dolce vita atmosphere. Less than 15 minutes away by car.

- Drive to another prime location, Juan-Les-Pins, for a night in town at a beach restaurants or a quiet sun-bathing day at a private beach club. Also less than 15 minutes away.

- Explore the picturesque Provencal village of Biot, less than 20 minutes away, to stroll along its cobblestone alleys and go enjoy a delicious Grand Marnier crepe at the old town crêperie.

- Discover the city of Antibes: within 20 minutes by car, and enjoy its old center of town, its beaches or its Marineland aquatic park where you can say hello to the killer whales.

- Take a drive to the lively village of Valbonne, 20 minutes away. You will be able to enjoy its typical Provencal atmosphere, especially on days when the open market is there, or experience the activities around its main plaza the other days.

- Visit the world-renown perfume factories in the famous town of Grasse, less than 25 minutes away.

Check-in and check-out are flexible (like us), except if other guests are arriving and/or departing on the same day as you do, in which case the check-in is no earlier than 4 pm and check-out no later than 11 am (We could not find a way to clone our villas.)
