Located on beautiful Lake Keowee

This beautiful waterfront home on Lake Keowee is a great place for a family vacation. The home features top of the line appliances, quartz counter-tops and all the latest upgrades. The home has four bedrooms with king beds, one bedroom has two queens, and their is also a private alcove with twin bunk beds for kids. On the main floor we have two large firplaces with gas logs. On the patio, we have a fire pit which is perfect for toasting marshmallows.
The home is located on the southern end of Lake Keowee in an upscale neighborhood consisting of million dollar homes. This neighborhood consists of just 26 properties and is surrounded by 32 acres of conservatory land owned by the neighborhood. The majority of the neighbors live there year round so the HOA has a QUIET TIME beginning at 10:00 pm and NO PARKING ON THE STREET, GRASS, or CUL DE SAC.
At the lake, we have an over-sized covered boat deck and deep water (15 + feet) all year long. On the shore, we also have a 10 by 20 foot deck area that remains shaded most of the day. For fun we have four kayaks, a foosball table, a ping pong table, and 50 inch large screen TV. There is a second TV above the fireplace in the family room.
Things to do within five minutes of the house: minature golf, go cart racing, batting cages, spa treatments, antiquing, and ice cream.
Things to do within ten minutes: medical facilities in downtown Seneca, at least twenty great restaurants including Italian, Greek, Japanese, Mexican, steakhouses, barbeque, and pizza. At lease three great antiques malls, flea markets and shopping centers.
Golfing at three local country clubs. Clemson offers additional shopping, eating, and recreational opportunities.
Things to do within 30 minutes: Heading north and/or west will bring you into the wilderness of the Appalachian mountain area which offers a wide range of recreational activities including hiking, waterfalls, fly fishing, rafting, and kayaking on the Chattouga River, apple picking, zip lines, horse back riding and many more activities.
