The Blue Marlini- Ocean view! Private Heated Pool! Mini Golf! Cart! Garage A/C!

We built this home with the intent to sleep 3 families, so we put a master bedroom on each of the 3 floors. We wanted a view of the ocean and so we built a crows nest which has the BEST 360 degree view of Port Aransas and the ocean! We put in all of our favorite amenities like the huge heated pool, a ping pong table, a garage that will fit a boat, wet bars with fridges on every floor, a gourmet kitchen, memory foam mattress on every bed, rain shower heads, ice maker, and the most amazing sunset deck. It was important for us to still be in town so you can get to the grocery store, restaurants, bars, shopping, and the beach by golf cart within a 5 minute cruise. The house is situated in a quiet cul-de sac. There is enough parking for up to 7 vehicles. From the top deck you can see the ships coming in and out of the ship channel, the ocean, the bay. and all the way to Corpus Christi. A climate controlled garage finishout was completed in 2025 to enhance guest comfort while enjoying ping pong, corn hole, arcade games and even indoor basketball!

Everything was great, wonderful house, spectacular view from all over house especially the crows nest. The pool was awesome. All the amenities in the garge and around house was like our own amusement park, and the golf cart a nice added bonus. Thanks

We had an amazing stay. Our host, Mike went above and beyond and took such great care of us. I cannot say enough, thank you for all you have done. The heated pool was the best. The elevator was a bonus and we enjoyed the game room for many hours. We had an awesome time. I hope you’ll have us again Mike.

Fantastic time at the beach!! Mike is so friendly, very communicative, made sure our stay was awesome! Not sure which was best, the game room in the garage, the free golf cart, the heated pool, the crows nest, etc. we will be back!!

We loved staying at Blue Marlini in Port A! Mike was a great host and very welcoming and responsive. We had no issues during our stay. Everything in the home was so thoughtful child locks on the doors, pack n play, high chair, golf carts, games & extras in the garage. We absolutely love the heated pool for December stay. Our family is already planning to stay here again.

Our trip to Port A was enhanced by our stay at The Blue Marlini. Location is great and the Crows Nest has an amazing view of the shoreline. The home can accommodate a large number of people. We only had 6 so everyone had their own bedroom and only one bathroom was shared. We had use of 2 6-seater golf carts which was perfect. Kitchen is well stocked with cooking supplies and spices.

Nice size bedrooms, plenty of space for everyone. The elevator was wonderful, as we have 1 individual with Parkinson's which makes stairs difficult. It helped with getting luggage to the upper floors as well. The pool was fabulous! It was nice to have the golf cart to get around to the shops and area attractions. Overall we all had fun and enjoyed our stay.

Amazing House!

Such a great house, worked for our family from 2 years old to 78 years old! The property management team was so responsive and helpful when we got delayed on our way down there. Golf cart was a plus, game room was great and elevator to help our elderly family member. We’ll definitely be back next year!

Property was as advertised. The house was in good condition and everything you needed was there. Fantastic view from the upper deck. The elevator was a big plus for us. We had a couple of issues at first, but the owner was very quick to remedy the problems. We had up to 14 people there and there was plenty of room for everyone. The number of beds was another big plus. The pool was a little larger than some others around there and that was a bonus. The large garage with ping pong table and air conditioning was also very helpful. The location allowed us to go into town and go to the beach easily by golf cart. It's a bit pricey but you get what you pay for.

Beautiful Beach House with Room to Relax and Entertain

We had a great stay at this beach house! The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the large kitchen made it easy to cook and hang out together. The pool was definitely a highlight—everyone loved it. One of our favorite moments was watching the spectacular sunset from the crow's nest deck—absolutely breathtaking. Perfect spot for a relaxing getaway with a group!

Beautiful home close to the beach

This was a beautiful home with lots of space for a larger group. Having a master bedroom on each floor was a major perk. The kids loved the pool and the golf carts were a plus. Would definitely stay again!

Amazing Place to Stay!

This place is exactly as the pictures show and as described. It was clean and cozy. The heated pool was absolutely amazing. The included golf cart made it so easy to get to the beach and little shops and restaurants. I have knee problems so the elevator came in so handy. There is plenty of space for all of us to gather and the observation deck was the icing on the cake. We will definitely be booking again on our next family/friend trip the Port A.

Beautiful Spacious Home

Three floors, three decks, good sized bedrooms + a large pool area- so it was wonderful not being on top of each other (7 adults & 2 teens). Golf cart was super convenient and kitchen/house was well stocked. There was even a beach cooler. Mike was great and very proactive in communication (sent a detailed PDF about the house amenities & things in the area ahead of time). Price was a bit more than we typically spend on our family vacation rental, but absolutely worth it!

The details

You will not find a better property manager! I'm a super planner and had several questions before and during our stay and every single time, my questions were answered promptly. When we arrived, the house was clean and exactly like the pictures. The elevator was very handy for carrying in our belongings. The first floor has a king room and one bath. Second floor has a king room, two twin bunks, and two baths. Third floor has another bunk room, two king rooms, and one bath. We cooked breakfast and dinner most days and the kitchen had everything we needed, including a Keurig, extra ice maker, plenty of pans and utensils, and a large pantry to store all our groceries. Beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of towels (including beach towels). Like other reviews mentioned, the wifi was spotty at times. But when I notified the property manager, they came out immediately to reset the router. The pool was great and the teenagers loved the gaming table in the oversized garage. The golf cart provided was an awesome bonus. I like to read reviews when I'm booking a property so I hope the details I've noted help other planners out there. If this house is available when you are searching, I would HIGHLY recommend booking it!

Great Spot!

This property was great for our use! The pool to the observation deck all were used and enjoyed. Overall great experience and wouldn't hesitate to come back! Location is also great proximity to the beach and the downtown area with the restaurants and bars.

Great location

We loved the location but there were several places in the house that weren't clean. beds and towels with hair found on them. Garage was dirty. Patio was dirty and had a random propane tank sitting there. I planned to grill some meals but the grill was in the garage and I didn't know if it was working or not. Overall, the house was good. Lots of room and perfect location.

Great place to stay!

First off, I must mention the outstanding customer service / communication with host we had. There were two small hiccups that were handled immediately. I was quite amazed how quickly someone was out to fix the elevator and the heater on the pool. Literally within hours. Second (and lastly), the house is great…roomy and spread out. The common living /kitchen area was large enough for everyone to eat and socialize. The heated pool and area was nice to have because there were a few cooler days. The garage is LARGE with a ping pong table and cornhole. Love this house…and the attentive host for any needs or concerns we had while there.

The access to beach is 6 blocks away. Neighborhood a mix of unmaintained and abandoned houses. Next door dogs barked constantly. Not clean w cigarette butts everywhere. Grill rusted out… most of outdoor furniture etc rusted and not maintained.

Birthday Getaway

Super house for group of friends. Each person had their own space and the accommodations were very comfortable. Lots of stairs, but the elevator came in super handy. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, pans, etc to feed a large hungry group. Highly recommend these hosts and the Blue Marlini.

Great stay!

This house was the perfect size for 3 families, maybe more depending on sleep arrangements! Something to note that was specific to us but may help people decide if they want to stay here or not! We had 2 people over 60 staying with us and this house was HARD for them to stay in! The pool is on the first floor, kitchen on second floor and to even get in the house there is stairs so just keep in mind if the people traveling with you will have any trouble! Also there is a third flood but thankfully they did not need to go up there for any reason! Other than that the house was great! There is an elevator so that may have helped; however, it was not working properly at time of stay! Owner did come offer right away to check it out and offered to have someone check it out but we had already decided they would just stay on the second floor so not really needed, so we thought! Definitely needed with anyone older! Anyway overall great stay! Super attentive and great space!
