Fully remodeled 2B/2B condo with stunning canyon, desert, and mountain views!

The condo is magnificently appointed with top-quality furniture and art throughout. The dining room, living room, and master bedroom have excellent mountain and desert views. The living room features a large flat-screen television and a sophisticated sound system. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and the 2nd bedroom has a new king-size bed, which can be converted into two single beds.

The condo is located in the Greens community in Ventana Canyon which is well-known and highly respected in Tucson. It is close to excellent biking, hiking, shops, and restaurants. The Greens community has 3 pools, a fitness center, a barbecue, and a variety of social clubs. The complex is adjacent to the Ventana Golf Club.

The place was lovely and as described (except the hummingbird feeder in the picture wasn't there) .... the patio is so lovely and was a great place for morning yoga. Access to so many great places and the pool was perfect after a long hot day of adventuring. Very well-equipped kitchen and the house had everything we needed.

A lovely month in Tucson!

We had a really nice month staying at this lovely condo! It is well appointed from kitchen items to comfy beds and furniture! We love the location, close to Sabino canyon, shopping, restaurants, and other attractions! The patio is very special with beautiful views of the mountains and desert ! Went for a long weekend to see my daughter the place was great great out the back patio very reasonably priced very centrally located Easy to get to other places, highly recommend it, getting ready for next person was easy.

Ventana Greens

Location is convenient to northeast Tucson trails and amenities. Property is well designed with abundant pots/pans and cooking options. Area is well-kept and quiet. Highlight is the main floor patio that provides unobstructed view of Ventana Wash.

Enjoyed this property!

We had a lovely one week visit. Property manager Naomi was very kind and responsive. The setting is beautiful, and near Sabino Canyon and Ventana Canyon trailheads for hiking. Condo had everything we needed for comfort and the kitchen is well appointed. Thanks for a great stay!

Absolutely Loved Our Stay

My husband and I were so very pleased with this unit and location. The unit was clean and beautifully furnished just as shown in the photos. We especially loved the private, quiet, spacious patio with a desert setting. The bed was super comfortable as well as the living room furniture. The kitchen was well stocked and clean. We couldn’t have asked for more!

Tucson escape

Well appointed condo unit in an excellent location for exploring the Tucson area. The back sitting area opens up to a riparian dessert view including saguaro. Birds are everywhere but especially the hummingbirds. We fed them often during our stay. I highly recommend this unit.

Lovely Stay

We gathered with our college-age daughter to celebrate Easter, enjoy hiking in Sabino Canyon a stone’s throw away, and just relax. Helena’s lovely condo did not disappoint. It is well outfitted, well located, and its patio porch featuring the Santa Cantalina mountains, hummingbirds and other wildlife was a highlight. Helena is a gracious and communicative hostess and we hope to enjoy another lovely visit in her condo soon!

A great stay

This is a wonderful property. The location, views, cleanliness, communication with owner...all was great. We were here for 6 weeks and were extremely comfortable in the unit. There is also a wonderful collection of books to read which we took advantage of. Nearness to Sabino Canyon, Saguaro National Park East, and the many hiking trails on the south side of the Catalinas was a real plus. Plenty of shopping nearby, and lots of great restaurants. We would love to stay here again.

Book This Place Now!

Best rental experience yet. Hosts responsive. They helped us understand how to find the unit in the dark. Wildlife galore overlooking the saguaro and sunrises on the nearby Sabino Canyon mountain area. Hiked a different trail every morning while my 92 year old mom read the newspaper on the sunny patio watching 4 species of hummingbirds circle. Great grocery store 1 mile and well stocked kitchen, sharp knives, basic ingredients and coffee for your first morning included! Never needed to use the many local restaurants. Washer and dryer with a bit of detergent. Hamilton Fine Art had free wine at a Friday night event just 20 minutes away. Five of their local artists were fascinating to talk with. Tucson Mall 22 minutes, better than I thought. LaEncantada mall is charming with local and national chain stores and a great view of the sunset right up the escalators above Pottery Barn. The Botanical Gardens and Tohono Chul Gardens and Art Museum were delightful afternoon adventures, again 20 minutes away.

Wonderful property with great view

We had such a wonderful time visiting Tucson for the first time between Christmas and New Year’s. Helena was an excellent host! The condo was just as described. Very comfortable beds and quiet neighborhood. The view from the back is so beautiful and we loved watching the hummingbirds (my daughter was excited to identify at least four different types) and all the other wildlife from outdoor seating area. Although there were neighbors nearby, the layout of the buildings made us feel like we had the whole place to ourselves, This was the perfect location for our trip - we were close to good restaurants and lots of hiking trails! Highly recommend!!

Helena and Dr. Robert Unger have lived in Boulder Colorado for the past 38 years where Helena is a recently retired mediator and Robert a soon to retire psychologist. They are world travelers, having biked and hiked in Bhutan, Peru, Cambodia, Japan, Columbia, Greece, and Italy, to name a few. Helena remains active in yoga, language study, and political work, while Bob continues his practice and remains an active motorcyclist and bicyclist. He was the Colorado State road racing champion in the 70-74 category 5 years ago and continues to actively participate in road and mountain biking. They have two married sons in their 30s, one an attorney in Denver and the other a corporate product director currently working in Tel Aviv.

Recently Helena and Bob traveled to Tucson on a whim where they immediately fell in love with the beautiful terrain, warm climate, and the relaxed, friendly multi-cultural atmosphere of the area. They were particularly attracted to the Greens community which is known for it’s very engaged social climate which includes many social clubs and activities and has easy access to biking and hiking. They bought this beautiful condo so that they would have a warm place to spend winter time and to share it with others when they aren’t using it.
