Ideally located at the foot of the great beach of Sables d'Olonne, just a few steps away from the entertainment and restaurants in the surrounding area.



This apartment, on the first floor without a lift, is bright and spacious. Ideal for a stay of up to 6 people.



You have a pleasant living room with a magnificent view of the Bay of Sables d'Olonne, a large dining table, a lounge area with TV, wifi and Bluetooth speaker at your disposal.



From a kitchen equipped with all the necessary comforts for a successful stay: oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee maker and filter coffee maker, induction hobs etc.

Adjoining laundry room with cleaning equipment and washing machine.



A corridor serves a bathroom with shower and toilet, as well as two bedrooms in a row with storage and a double bed in 160.
