Lake view condo! Updated unit with 8 beds and 6 waterpark passes at Bridges Bay.

Welcome to your favorite family vacation destination with beautiful views of Lake Okoboji! Whether you are looking to rent for a week or a weekend you will not run out of things to do! Start by parking in our underground heated garage and use the elevator to bring your gear up to the condo. Our newly updated condo boasts almost 1500 ft.² of living space, with all the conveniences of home. The condo has three bedrooms including a master with king bed, second bedroom with queen bed, and third bedroom with two triple twin-size bunk beds. We have room to sleep 10 comfortably, two bathrooms stocked with bath towels and washcloths, full kitchen stocked with plates, cups, utensils and appliances to cook your own meals. The living room is very comfortable and has a fireplace to enjoy as you wind down at the end of the day. Our deck has a great view of East Lake that you will enjoy as you are using the grill or having a cup of coffee from the Keurig coffee maker in the morning! There is also a common area a short walk from the condo where you can sit by a fire pit and enjoy views of the lake.

Our condo comes with six passes to Bridges Bay waterpark, just a short walk away. Between Memorial Day weekend and Labor Day both the indoor and outdoor waterpark are open daily, as well as a private condo pool next to the condo building. The indoor waterpark is open weekends and holidays between Labor Day and Memorial Day weekend. The waterpark is great for kids or adults of all ages, with waterslides for the older kids and a zero entry splash pool for the little ones! There is a lazy river and also a hot tub to enjoy!

Coming to the area to go boating or fishing? East and West Okoboji lakes have fantastic fishing opportunities, from walleye to panfish! There is even scuba diving in the lake! There is also boat trailer parking and a boat ramp near the condo and an option to rent a boat slip from Bridges Bay. https://bridgesbayresort.com/amenities/boat-hoist-rentals/ Not interested in cooking??? There are fantastic restaurants within walking distance on the Bridges Bay property. Bracco (http://braccorestaurant.com/bracco/okoboji/ ) often has live music in the summer and an outdoor fire pit area to enjoy while looking over the lake. There are also plenty of additional eating options within a short drive from the condo. If you are traveling with a group please consider our additional Bridges Bay properties, and we will work with you to accommodate your group.

This condo has a beautiful view of the lake. We loved sitting outside on the deck in the morning for coffee and in the evening for drinks. We were able to walk to one of the nearby restaurants the afternoon we arrived. Good food and great view of the lake. This condo offers a garage space which we used. Very convenient, close to the elevator . It was nice knowing my car was protected against storms that were predicting hail the one evening. The host was friendly and was quick to respond if we had questions. All and all we enjoyed the space while in Okoboji and had a great time!!

This is the second time we’ve stayed at this particular condo, but the fourth time overall at this larger property/resort. This condo by Rachel is well done, clean, comfortable, and has what we need (although I should have packed one of those tiny K-cup converters for my loose grounds). Everything was set up smoothly, went as planned, and was just right.

The condo was beautiful and incredibly spacious. The kids absolutely loved the bunk room, and the large balcony was perfect for relaxing around the fire table while watching the sunset over the lake. The waterpark was a blast, and the hosts were so generous in providing passes for all of us. They were also wonderfully kind and had impressively fast communication. We would definitely return to this condo and this area—there’s so much to do and enjoy!

This condo is absolutely gorgeous and just as described. It had everything you need for your stay. Walking distance to the amenities of Bridges Bay which are lovely and so family friendly. Gorgeous views and so obviously thought out and put together. Limited check out instructions too which are appreciated as we're trying to get two families of 4 out the door. Spacious, clean and family friendly.

We love the Okoboji area! So much to see and do! Great boating and great fishing. We even received our scuba diving certification performing our open water dives in the lake!

We fell in love with this property when we saw the amazing lake view. We love to sit and relax on the deck and enjoy watching storms roll in from the comfort of the living room. The Bridges Bay location is a favorite place for us to go with all the amenities from boating to fishing in the stocked pond to enjoying the water park, or the pool right outside our door. There are great restaurants to enjoy and live music on the weekends. We also enjoy the basketball and volleyball courts, zipline, arcade and fitness center.
