Aussie beach house Apollo Bay, super clean and central location

After your scenic drive find total comfort in our relaxing beach cottage. The cottage is modern, light and airy with covered wrap around verandahs that look out to the garden. Enjoy the generous flat yard where you and the family can spread out or just relax and enjoy the birdlife. Year round comfort is guaranteed with two split systems, double glazing & ceiling fans throughout.
Enjoy a peaceful morning coffee and the fresh Otways air on the verandah whilst taking in the view of the mountain and gardens. The main bedroom has a en-suite and two further bedrooms share a family bathroom. Crisp quality linen and bath towles are included. Please note, beach towels are NOT provided.
Fully equipped kitchen with all the utensils & crockery you would need and basic pantry items like tea, coffee, salt, pepper & oil are included so you can settle in and feel right at home. BBQ also available for your use.
Toddler friendly with a play rug, high chair, books, DVDs and child friendly plates, bowls, cups & cutlery. BYO porta cot.
55 inch smart tv for you to access YOUR OWN subscription service viewing. There is also a selection of DVDs, books and family board games. You can also bring your own entertainment, the decks and quiet location allow you plenty of room to safely store sports gear, surfboards, wetsuits, bikes and beach gear.
Please note you will have the entire house and expansive yard as pictured all to yourself. The detached and private garage/studio with courtyard are the only areas NOT accessible to guests. This area may be occupied by the owner during peak periods, however this will not impact your stay. Both properties are double glazed and private.
The house is located in a quiet residential location and excessive noise after 10pm is discouraged. Please feel free to make contact with any queries :)

From Melbourne, Australia. My family and I love to travel and have stayed in some beautiful holiday homes. We pride ourselves on offering our beach house in great condition so it can be a memorable experience for our guests and truly become their home away from home for the duration of their stay.

Apollo Bay is a seaside village surrounded by rolling green hills and the Great Otway National Park. Beach and shops are an easy flat 15 minute stroll away or a quick 2 minute drive. This property is tucked away down its own private driveway shared with 4 other houses, so private even locals are surprised when they visit our place. 100 metres from the property is the indoor pool as well as the school with its playground and courts that are accessible during holiday season for guests to use. Apollo Bay has its own marina and a golf course with amazing views right next to the harbour.
You are spoilt for beach choices around Apollo Bay. The main beach is a fully patrolled beach over summer. Rock pools aplenty for you to explore in nearby Marengo or along the Great Ocean Road. You will find the tourist information centre at the foreshore as well as a large kids playground and skate park. There are gift shops, restaurants, a choice of pubs and cafes. There is an open air market every Saturday morning and during January the carnival is in town with lots of rides and games to enjoy.

Peace & quiet! You will feel tucked away and protected from the busy summer crowds a relaxing haven to come back too after a day of touring or a day at the beach. After years of successful holiday letting our return guests tell us they love the cleanliness and comfort our home provides year round. They particularly love our outdoor space with its wrap around decks, outdoor dining, bbq and the large manicured yard and garden.
