Snow Summit Chalet is a newly updated condo located steps away from the Snow Summit Ski Resort. Gather in the family room to enjoy a nice fire in the gas fireplace, watch your favorite movie or stream your device on the large flatscreen TV.
 
The newly updated kitchen offers newer appliances including a gas range/oven, fridge/freezer, a microwave, and dishwasher.
The space is fully stocked with dishes, coffee mugs, silverware and every necessity of home, including plastic plates and cups for our younger visitors.
 
Upgraded countertops and cabinetry complete the kitchen and dining area. A standard coffee maker and Keurig are provided for guests' use.  The dining area has a farmhouse style table which offers plenty of seating for your entire group and several can keep the cook company sitting at the spacious breakfast bar.
 
Off the family room and dining room is a large outdoor patio with seating to enjoy the views of the kids playing in the snow. Breathe in the crisp mountain air while visiting Big Bear or take a quiet walk through the San Bernardino National Park just behind the complex. The summertime offers ample trails for hiking and biking while the winter affords time for sledding, skiing and snowshoeing.
 
Head upstairs where you will find two bedrooms. The master offers a queen bed, ample closet space, and a full bath. The second bedroom offers another queen bed, twin over twin bunks and a twin trundle, with a second bathroom across the hall. And bring back childhood memories playing PacMan, DigDug and four additional games on the vintage style arcade system.
 
With the ease of access to one of Big Bear's most popular destinations, Snow Summit, this condo will be the perfect place for your mountain getaway. Walk the kids to Snow Summit for ski lessons and head back for a quick and easy lunch!
 
Our home is equipped with everything a family needs. Bunk beds, games, dinnerware/utensils for children, a travel high chair, baby gate and even a foldable stroller. We want our home to feel like yours. 
 
Note: The home you have booked has a strict no pets policy due to homeowner allergies. Bringing a pet inside this home will result in loss of full deposit.

Do not exceed the occupancy limit
Do not exceed the stated occupancy at any time during your stay. The maximum number of adult  occupants may be less than the total maximum occupancy. NO PARTIES ALLOWED.

No parking in street or yard
Parking is only permitted in the driveway, designated parking spaces, and garage. This includes trailers. The maximum number of vehicles permitted is on the exterior sign.

No amplified music 24/7
Amplified music is not permitted to be heard beyond the property line 24/7. Close your windows to avoid music carrying beyond the property line.  

Head inside at 10:00 p.m.
Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.

Take trash to dumpster locations
Trash needs to be taken to a local dumpsite. Clean Bear locations:
41790 Garstin Drive & 39690 Big Bear Blvd.

Fines
The minimum fine for violating the rules stated previously is $500 per violation. A second offense is $1000 per violation.  

Eviction
Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules and expectations will be evicted without a refund. In  addition, costly citations may be issued to the undersigned.
