Main Level
Living Spaces: Multiple comfortable living areas, including a living room with a Sleeper Sofa (Sleeps 2).
Kitchen & Dining: Modern, fully equipped kitchen and a dining room with a large table.
Access: Direct access to the 2-car garage.
Basement (Lower Level)
Bedroom 4: King bed.
Entertainment: Large Game Room and a separate Movie Room with a second Sleeper Sofa (Sleeps 2).
Bathrooms: One full bathroom with a shower and one half bath.
Utility: Dedicated Laundry Room with a washer and dryer.

Guest Access: You will have the entire main house all to yourselves as well as the driveway and 2 car garage! Please note that there is an attached ADU (apartment above the garage) with a long-term renter. They are completely independent, with their own private entrance and a dedicated parking space adjacent to the driveway. They do not have access to the main house or any of your spaces, so your privacy is fully guaranteed.

While we take meticulous steps to clean and maintain the house and employ professional pest control, it is a reality of mountain living that insects and small field rodents can occasionally find their way inside, particularly during seasonal changes. Booking acknowledges this possibility, and no refunds will be provided for such sightings. Thank you for embracing the charm of the mountains!
