The first floor consists of two bedrooms (one with two 90-cm single beds and one with a 140-cm double bed), a bathroom with a double sink and a bathtub, and a separate toilet. Behind the entryway, you’ll find a spacious storage area with a washing machine.

The upstairs extension consists of a large living-dining area with a fully equipped open kitchen. This space opens onto a large elevated terrace with a view of the sea. You’ll find a third bedroom with a sea view, featuring a 140-cm double bed, and a bathroom with two sinks, a toilet, and a walk-in shower.

The house also features a final large bedroom on the mezzanine level with a sea view, a 160-cm double bed, and ample storage space.

The house is wheelchair accessible.
