Wake up on the waters of Tampa Bay in a north Anna Maria home.

Two story elevated beach home with gorgeous water views, steps from park and two fishing piers. Enjoy meals in the separate dining room or on the balcony enjoying the breeze and dolphins in the bay. There are two bedrooms (king and queen) on the main floor and a loft (with twin beds) on the second floor. The master bedroom has an amazing water view. Guest bath on the main floor has a tub/shower combo. The upstairs area sleeps two, has its' own sitting area with a view, and a full bathroom with a jetted tub (note: no shower). This beautiful vacation home features a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, living room and flat screen TV, ROKU streaming device, DVD player, and wireless internet. There is a washer/dryer, outdoor covered hot/cold shower, and 2 gas grills; two car parking - one covered. We are steps to beaches and an easy walk to local restaurants, fishing on the bay or gulf waters, and shopping on Pine Ave. We are also close to trolley stops, which are free and will transport you the entire distance of Anna Maria Island. The gulf beaches are famous for our fabulous West Coast sunsets! We hope you take advantage of various sunset cruises, dolphin excursions, Egmont Island exploring and history, deep sea and inshore fishing guides, boat rentals and all Anna Maria Island has to offer for your perfect Island Vacation!

Our host went out of his way to make our stay extra special. The view and location can’t be beat. We can’t wait to return! The only caveat I’d give is that the first few nights we got very loud, late night neighbors next door which was hopefully an isolated incident. The rest of our stay the neighbors were super nice!

We had a wonderful week. Over the years we have stayed in Bradenton Beach and Holmes Beach this was the first time staying in the town of Anna Maria and it is without a doubt our favorite location we have stayed. Very walkable, beautiful view, comfortable beds. House is exactly as described. Host is responsive and helpful. I hope we can get this same property for our trip next year. Thank you.

Steve is super efficient and quick to respond and deal with any of the minor hiccups we had.If you would like to wake up every morning to a Tampa Bay view - or even take your coffee to the water’s edge, this is the place for you.

The layout of the house was great and plenty of room. There is also a wide front deck to view the beautiful Tampa ay area (especially during sunrise). Steve was an excellent host and every accommodating. Plenty of local shops and restaurant to choose from near the house. Publix is about 2 to 3 miles from the house. Will come back again in the near future.

My family and I absolutely LOVED it, we didn't want to leave. We found several good restaurants and checked out the shops at Bridge Street. I will be back and explore more next year. The house was great and we all loved the outdoor shower it was very refreshing! Also thanks to the best host ever Steve Kring.

Nice place, with a great view. Very comfortable for the 4 of us. Plenty of beach gear, towels etc.The AC was a little uneven throughout the house. Kitchen and dinning were very comfortable, but large bedroom never cooled down to a comfortable temperature.The beach across from us was very nice. The porta potties did take away from the view.

We had a blast on AMI! The location of this house is fantastic. Tons of shops, restaurants, and beaches within a walk.

Nice beach house

The house was perfect for us, beach view was gorgeous! The house is clean, plenty of towels, beach toys and nice umbrella with cart also provided. The contact person is very responsive.

Great spot!

Our time at this location was just perfect. We didn’t realize just how much we would enjoy the bay side of the island until we had been there a couple of days. Stephen was great to work with when we had a door lock issue. He was prompt and resolved the issue. I would highly recommend this to all who visit the beautiful Anna Maria Island.

Excellent Views

The house was as advertised. Beautiful view. Plenty of beach chairs, towels, toys, etc. We had a wonderful time. The mattress was pretty poor, but everything else was great.

Fantastic sunrises. Walk to restaurants and Pine Street. Pine street everything to tent and shoppin

The price was reasonable and we enjoyed the sunrise and beach. It was really nice in the afternoon as the 2nd floor porch is well protected from the sun and the views are spectacular. Lots of shade on the porch. And we could walk or ride to the Sunsets. The Gulf was about a 15 minute walk.

Perfect location.

Overall the stay was amazing. Perfect location and the house has everything you need for your stay. I will say the house doesn’t get very cold but fans helped.

Great view

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. The house location was perfect and view was beautiful. It was close to pine ave with a lot of restaurants/ shopping and bean point which was not too far. The house had everything you needed including beach essentials and bikes. This was our 3d time visiting the island and this house was our favorite spot, we will definitely stay again!

Great view but…

Needs to be updated. Stair railings were unsafe. Dining room not air conditioned. Refrigerator not cold. Great location, excellent view. Plenty of towels and kitchen supplies, many beach supplies.

Overall nice stay with perfect location

The location is perfect. So close to the beach. I was disappointed there wasn’t powder soft sand across the street but the calm water that I was able to float in was amazing and perfect for my kids. I didn’t have to stress about waves knocking them down. The house was clean and had everything we needed. My only complaint is the AC. The temperature was in the high 80s the week we stayed and the temp inside still rose to 83 each day. The dining room temp was excruciating and we were never able to eat dinner in there as a family which was also disappointing. If it wasn’t for the air not cooling the house well we would stay here again.
