Property could use some updates. The air conditioning does not effectively cool the rooms. Fans were provided, and definitely needed. It also could use a fresh coat of paint throughout. Beds are extremely firm. The house was in a convenient location for things we wanted to do in the area.

Suited Our Needs

We enjoyed our stay here and had a good time. Nothing overly special but it was clean and had plenty of space which is what we wanted. It was also nice to have a backyard to grill and hang out in. There isn’t much within walking distance which is the only downside. Overall, a nice place to stay, but I would recommend staying with a large group because it is a little pricy.

Nice Place

Good place close to Capitol district, ball field, concert venues, etc. A lot to do close by. Nothing fancy by any means but a perfect place to stay if you want to be close to plenty of entertainment.
