Our Sun & Sea HHI beachfront condo is a relaxing and well designed place for families seeking a fun & memorable beach vacation!
Remodeled new hardwood flooring in 2025!
With ocean & pool views from the balcony, our Admiral Row villa is easily accessible and convenient. The first-floor unit is steps away from the beach and the pool.

As part of the Hilton Head Beach & Tennis Resort, you'll have access to all the amenities within the gated resort: private access to the beach, 2 pools, onsite restaurants, playground, fitness center, tennis & pickleball courts, grilling areas and bike rentals.

Additional Details:

👨‍💻 Robust WiFi internet service, so you can WFH or stream on multiple devices!

🏖 Beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella & sand toys provided so that you don't have to pack the beach gear. (Beach towels supplied from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend)

☕️ The fully equipped kitchen includes both Keurig & drip coffee makers. The cabinets will hold all of your groceries and there are plenty of dishes & glasses.

📺 Large, wall mounted Smart TVs in the living room and bedrooms, so you have options where to watch and relax.

🛌 Sleeping areas furnished with pillow top & mattress protection covers, firm + soft pillows, so you can rest well during your stay.

🍼 Baby crib & high chair is available upon request for a nominal fee. We rent from a local family business so that it’s safe & sanitized for your peace of mind.

🚲 Bike rentals are year-round. The stand is located near the security gate.

We think you'll agree, this unit is definitely one of the best looking and smartly equipped units in the complex. We personally manage with sustainability in mind. For example, our housekeeping team uses all-natural cleaning products to eliminate the negative effects of harsh chemicals.

We supply the bed linens, bath towels and beach towels.

Great place everything provided no hassles. Only thing that was difficult was get a cart from the beach they were all rented out! Being on the first floor was convenient as did not have to wait for the elevator

Perfect Beach Condo

Clean, beautiful condo with all of the amenities! Owners really put thought into providing all the extras! Conveniently located across from a pool with close handicap parking directly in front of a ramp. The unit has a beach/ocean view at one end of the balcony. The beach is a little walk from the unit (if you have mobility or breathing concerns) but I was able to drive my family with mobility concerns directly to a nice board walk and park in a handicap spot close. The unit has a beautiful walk in shower that made it very convenient for my family members that have mobility concerns to safely shower. The owner is friendly and quick to respond to messages. The resort is clean, safe with frequent security guard rounds! I would definitely book this unit again!

We had an amazing experience staying in this condo! The owners were beyond accommodating, the condo fit our needs perfectly, it was a close walk to the beach and pool. We utilized the laundry while staying and it was an easy elevator ride up to the laundry room and the washers/dryers were always available when we went. I can’t say enough good things. I would definitely stay here again!

Outstanding Property and Owners

We just wrapped up a four night stay and had an incredible time. The property is steps away from the beach and two pools as promised. Close proximity to all the fun on the island. House was kept extremely clean and had all the amenities we could hope for. Loved the digital lock so we didn’t have to worrry about keys. Loved that beach towels, chairs and toys were included. Would highly recommend and will likely stay again! Thanks to Tim and Faith!!

Lovely unit

The unit was lovely, and just as advertised. We found it to be clean, well-stocked and comfortable. We didn’t enjoy the complex in which the unit is located, but that is simply personal preference. Also, we understood the unit to be on the beach, but there is no view of the beach from the unit itself. That aside, we enjoyed our stay and we’re very comfortable. Thank you!

Wonderful week in Hilton Head

The property was very clean, organized and steps from the beach. The host was extremely responsive, responding to all emailed questions within half an hour. The condo is well stocked with beach chairs and kids’ beach toys so there was no need for us to pack our own. Overall - great experience.

You should rent this unit!!

What a great condo this unit was. The owner Tim communicated with us all the way , explaining everything. Close to beach just a 2 minute walk. Pool is directly across from Tim’s unit. Kitchen had everything we needed and was well stocked. Restaurant within property made it easy to get something to eat without going far. The big pool just around the corner is HUGE! It also has a seasonal Tiki Bar next to it for drinks. Tim’s place is immaculately clean and well cared for. Would definitely rent this unit again !! Tim also has an owners manual he sent us outlining the property along with favorite restaurants to visit. Don’t pass this unit rent today! If it’s available

We thorough enjoyed our stay at Tim & Faith little gem in HHI.

Tim & Faith were very responsive from the start to the end of our vacay on HHI. We had a couple slight glitches with the property and Tim and/or the property manager responded right away to resolve the issues. Our fav part of their condo was the living space in between the living room and the kitchen that undeniably met our needs. The kitchen was fully stocked with equipment, cookware, dishes and flatware. Each morning we enjoyed a light breakfast in the kitchen or on the deck. The deck overlooks the parking lot and the pool with a bit of peripheral vision you see a glimpse of the beach which was easily accessible. Our only complaint is the cleanliness of the gym — the machines and mats were filthy — of course, Tim & Faith can’t control that and gym rats to grab a nearby class or studio within close proximity to the property. Off the property we absolutely loved the Gullah Tour, Red Stripe Jamaican Cuisine and the Boat House. Go ahead and say yes to this place!!!

Great location, rain or shine activities!

The resort is great! Short walk to the beach, two different pools, restaurants, and an arcade/mini golf just down the road. We didn't make it to the playground on site but it looked fun! The condo had a great layout, and had games that our 3 year old enjoyed. The master bathroom was great! We will definitely be back! It did rain most of the time we were here but we still had such a blast!

Wonderful communication leading up to check-in. Property was exactly as shown and described. Very clean, lots of beach toys to use. Easy access to property's pools and beach. Really helpful check out list as well.

Lovely condo

My family of 6 stayed here for a week. The condo had everything we needed and many thoughtful touches throughout. It was well stocked with everyday household supplies as well as beach gear (towels, chairs, toys). The less to pack the better! Having little kids we were concerned about not having washer dryer in unit but we used the laundry facilities onsite and it was easy and no problem. We brought our own quarters which I suggest doing ($3 per load). We cooked a few breakfasts and dinners and kitchen was well stocked. We also got takeout (pizza etc) from the on-site restaurants as well as ate at the on-site restaurants and enjoyed the food and service. The property is conveniently located near restaurants, grocery stores and pharmacy (short drives). For our ice needs we grabbed from grocery store or local en market gas station. The freezer has enough space for 2 or 3 7lb bags. We liked that there were two pools on site with smaller pool near unit being super convenient. The blender is high power for making frozen drinks. We made pina coladas and enjoyed them on the patio. The condo was very clean and owners had great communication - let us know unit was ready early for early check in. They also made sure our check in was smooth and had everything we needed. Great stay!

Great proximity to beach

Location within property great for us- close to beach, across from small pool and first floor ideal for family with small kids. Well decorated (but had to move lots of breakable items to top of fridge). 3 on-site restaurants we frequented everyday (who wants to cook inside when you can be at the beach?). Nice playground. Great family stay! (Kids ages 8, 5, 2)

Comfy Condo

This condo was very nice, very clean, has many amenities. We stayed during a holiday weekend and it was busy, yet surprisingly quiet. Good place to go for a family trip, beach was beautiful! The complex itself is clean, well kept, with mindful security. We did not correspond with owners much, it was really not necessary, as they provided organized and articulate information. Overall, I highly recommend this condo, we had a very nice stay, no complaints at all. My only advice... if you are planning on dining out, make reservations, walk in wait times were usually a minimum of a hour and a half.

Beach vacation

We enjoyed our time at this sun & sea condo. Very clean, spacious, quiet and full of free amenities. The property owners were excellent communicators and the unit has a wide open kitchen/living room space with a large balcony which is great for morning coffee. Having private access to the beach is a must on the island. This unit comes with beach access, beach chairs, beach toys and there’s a pool on site too. You’re not going to find a better value on the island, 100% would recommend it to anyone looking to spend time in Hilton Head Island.

Derfor valgte værten dette overnatningssted

We love the North end of the island because it's easy access to restaurants & shops. The resort has so much to offer: two pools, bike rentals, tennis & pickleball, activities, restaurants, and more. The beachfront pool with cafe is the largest on the island and the other pool is right outside our villa, seen from our balcony.

Derfor er dette overnatningssted unikt

Our condo is on the first level which is very quick and easy to access - no elevator or stairs! Plus, you can see the ocean and the pool from the balcony.
