This cozy, spacious conveniently located suite is less than 2 blocks from downtown Franklin main street! It has its own private entrance and is nestled back in a beautiful carriage house just off the gorgeous 4th avenue. You can stroll to your favorite stores and restaurants within minutes or take a bike ride around this adorable town. The properties quaint entrance is well lit with a small courtyard and firepit. This 2 bedroom retreat sleeps 4. ( King bed in main and Queen sleeper sofa lower level)

We loved everything about our stay! The Swordfish Suite is charming, comfortable, and exceptionally clean, with lots of thoughtful touches throughout the space. It’s an easy walk to downtown Franklin, and the owners are super responsive and helpful.

Nicely furnished space located in the heart of beautiful Historic Franklin. Couple block walk to Main Street. Check in was easy and great communication from the host. Highly recommend and would stay there again when we visit.

This is a fantastic studio suite a few blocks from downtown Franklin. It is beautifully appointed with attention to detail. It was super clean and cute. We walked to downtown Franklin restaurants, super convenient and quant. I highly recommend it.

Swordfish Suite was the perfect spot to stay to explore Franklin downtown and local historic venues. We loved the suite as it was private with plenty of space for my husband and I to enjoy some down time. The owners were very friendly and accommodating.

Beautiful place that is close to everything!

We stayed 2 nights on our road trip. The place was so cute, in a beautiful and safe neighborhood that was walking distance to everything we were interested in. The place was decorated beautifully and well stocked. We had a great time.

Beautiful location, everything was clean dnd it was very cozy. The hosts thought of everything, and being two blocks off Main Street was fantastic. We will definitely try to rent this property again in the future!

Perfect for walking to everything!

We stayed here 3 nights and it was perfect! The place was spotless and had everything we needed and more! It’s so close to downtown Franklin and a short drive to everywhere else including Brentwood and Nashville. We would definitely stay here again and again!

Wonderful Spot

Best spot in Franklin for a couple to get away for a few days. Numerous restaurants and shops within a couple blocks and a great and clean property for relaxing. Highly recommend.

Perfect space for my husband and I.

What a wonderful place!!! Everything we needed to make our getaway a home away from home. Our hosts were great. We enjoyed walking to tour, eat, and shop. We would definitely stay there again.
