We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of Hessenheim, this charming lodging with shared swimming pool, of a surface of 60 m ² and being able to accomodate until 4 travellers. Located on the 1st floor (without elevator), it consists of a nice living room of 20 m², an open equipped kitchen, two nice bedrooms, a shower room and you can enjoy a shared garden of about 8,000 m² as well as a balcony and a terrace. Wifi, sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A living room of 20 m² with TV, sofa and dining area
- An open kitchen equipped with : electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, Senseo coffee machine...
- Bedroom 1 : a queen-size bed (160×200).
- Bedroom 2: a king size bed (180×200)
- A bathroom with shower.
- Separate toilet.

Outside :
- A shared (heated) swimming pool of 12×6 m, open from May to September and fenced (opening date not contractual).
- A 5×1.50 m balcony overlooking a large park with trees and flowers, overlooking the pool.
- A shaded terrace facing East, on the same level with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days, shared with one of the cottages of 4×5m for each, separated by boxes of climbing plants.
- A large enclosed park with trees and flowers of about 8,000 m², shared with the other gîtes.

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, baby bed, fan, ironing board and iron.

The gîte is ideally located in Hessenheim, in a very pleasant environment, away from the village in a bucolic setting on the edge of fields and forest. You will be able to benefit in the surroundings of all the essential businesses but also of stores, restaurants, bars, market...

If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park directly in the private parking of the property (capacity of 6 places).

- Nearest airport: Strasbourg airport located about 25 minutes away by car.

- Pets accepted (one pet only) at extra cost, please specify when booking. (€15/stay). There are dogs on the property, so pets must be on a leash in the park.
- The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean the appliances after use.
