Inside the home boasts over 3000 sq/ft of luxury living space. No expense has been spared in the master bathroom, which includes a designer handcrafted shower, custom made counter tops, and freestanding soaking bathtub. Compete with a designer ostrich leather chair, the master suite has been decorated for both style and comfort. Throughout the house special attention has been given to lighting, and there are numerous 6-ft windows in both the Carolina room as well as in the Sunroom. While the rest of the house has specially selected light-fixtures throughout, the most notable of which is the stunning imported entrance hallway chandelier. The owner spent many years abroad where he collect art from Egypt and the Middle East. Those pieces are showcased within the house. This 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home can accommodate up to 6 adults. The Carolina room is a large open space with games and streaming television, as well as 2 large couches which can proxy as children's sleeping accommodations.

The home is a 25 minute drive from the airport, a 20 minute drive to the Atlantic ocean, and a 15 minute drive to attractions such as Topgolf or Broadway at the Beach. This property is perfect for a family vacation, or for a small group looking to experience the numerous activities that Myrtle Beach has to offer.

Please be advised that this property is not for parties, and overnight stays are for registered guests only. Check-in and check-out times are strict, as other guests may be coming in, etc. If you need an exception, the property manager can approve your request.
