The lower level has its own full kitchen, family room, laundry room, full bathroom, and 2 bedrooms- 1 with a queen bed, the other has a queen and a twin bed. open the sliding door to use the covered deck with 2 large tables while you enjoy watching the ducks and the fountain in the waterway. Finally, enjoy the recreation room with a pool table which has a ping-pong top, dart board, and table & chairs to play games. Every room has a TV, there are a few DVD players, stereo, a baby high chair, play pen and gate for stairs, wireless internet (password protected) and use the 6 bicycles, 12 beach chairs and wagon. The driveway is large enough for 5 vehicles! The amenities of Ocean Side Village are amazing: Outdoor pools for kids, and adults; a heated indoor pool, two lighted tennis courts, bocce ball courts, shuffle board and a lighted pickle ball court; a sports field with a backstop for softball/baseball, volleyball, basketball, frisbee, soccer and a playground; a dog park; a fitness center ($25 per person per week), a community center and 24-hour security! Across the street is the Tupelo Bay Lighted 18-hole Executive Golf Course and driving range, and numerous other golf courses are nearby; Fishing is within walking distance at either the Surfside or the Garden City Pier; and you have gated access to park at the beach front parking lot with restrooms- next to the Conch Cafe restaurant!
