Maximum 5 person occupancy ONLY in this unit. There are 3 sleeping beds available which are 2 queen beds and 1 floor twin size mattress.

We do not allow fireplace use.

This is a 2nd floor unit and there are stairs to get to the unit.

We offer tv streaming such as HULU, Netflix, Peacock, etc but you must log in to your own accounts.

Vegas condo

Very clean! Good communication, easy check in/out, nice quiet area. Would definitely recommend. Pool was undergoing maintenance during our visit, so if that is important to you (it wasn't for us) you may check with host that it is open before booking.

Great Stay

This property was wonderful with the amenities provided. The complex was clean, quiet and safe. We will stay again if traveling to LV.

Spring Valley Condo

We enjoyed our Christmas holiday at this Condo. Everything worked fine. Place was clean. Kitchen was well stocked. Great location!

Trip cancelled by host day of. VRBO wouldn’t let us rebook because you can’t book same day travel. The following night was blocked out too.

Place was ok, but not the place we booked.

We were one hour away from our reserved rental and still had not heard from the host so we contacted them. They said the rental was no longer available due to a water heater problem. When I questioned it I was told the new place was nice and that we wouldn’t have a place to stay if we didn’t go there. We had a full schedule for the 3 days in Vegas so tried to contact VRBO to see if we should stay at the “other rental”. My calls and chats were dropped multiple times. We were busy and decided to contact VRBO after the trip to let them know. We were then given a hard time about not contacting them within 24hrs. ???? I would not rent from the owners of this place and maybe not through VRBO. We could not find the place we ended up on VRBO yo compare pricing or on AirB&B where the owners said it was listed. Sad! VRBO doesn’t seem to mind but want us to leave a review on a place we didn’t stay?!?

Quiet, clean place to stay in Las Vegas

Everything was in working order and immaculate. Parking was easy and very close to entrance. Only a 10-15 minute drive to the strip, 20 minutes to Red Rock Canyon. Nice king-size bed for the adults and nice bedroom and separate bathroom for kid(s).

A perfect getaway for us

This 2 bedroom condo was newly remodeled and it was like staying in a brand new home. It was comfortable, immaculate, and perfect for my husband and I. The host was a dream to work with and the complex was quiet and well cared for. We spent one day at the pool and had the whole area to ourselves. We look forward to staying here again when we return to Las Vegas.

Nice property

Nice property. Unfortunately you do not have access to the pools. We stayed here for two weeks and had no access card to the pools. Management was contacted and they made no effort to correct the problem.

Great location

We initially booked this condo because it was close to my daughter's dance summer school, but it was actullay close to anything in Vegas, 10min from the strip, 10min from Summerlin, we loved the proximity and ease to get around, and no traffic (we come from California where traffic is all the time). Also, condo is exactly as pictures showing. We hope to stay there again next year when we come for my daughter's dance.

Great stay. In town for hockey. The location was perfect. We made it a family trip

We were perfectly located between the strip and the rink 12 min each way. The pool was awesome. We were usually the only ones there. First time in Vegas and we learned quickly to use the monorail. My advice is. Park at the MGM grand and take the monorail.

Good location

Our host was very responsive as we had several questions. Having some basic guidelines in the condo would be helpful, i.e. how to set the thermostat, and setting the door locks. I believe we often left our door unlocked because we didn't know we needed to do something to the keycode after shutting the door.. Plus the key card to the pool quit working during our stay, but luckily there was always someone there to let us in. Having a satellite dish on the patio (one that is no longer connected) was a negative also. That should have been removed because it serves no purpose other than to detract from sitting on the patio. The location was great, the pool very nice, often quiet, and the condo was well equipped.

Perfect stay

Property has it all. Photos on website are accurate and show the true beauty of the unit. Pool was never crowded and you're close to grocery, restaurants, parks and walking trails. Red Rock Canyon (and casino) are not far. Same with Summerlin Festival Plaza and Tivoli Village. Owner communication was always prompt. Highly recommend.

Nice place to stay

We were pleased with the experience staying at this cute condo. It was clean and well furnished, air conditioning was nice and cool. The pool is literally within a few feet from the condo which was really nice. Had all the necessities, much better than staying in a hotel, the area was clean and neighbors were quiet. We would definitely recommend this place!
