A Large Unique Panoramic Retreat at the Quiet 55-mile mark of Lake of the Ozarks

Welcome to Serenity Point, a one-of-a-kind retreat at the 55-mile mark of the Lake of the Ozarks on the historic and quiet Coffman Bend. If you are looking for a place to get away from it all, this secluded lake house is the place to be. Soaring ceiling, open spaces, and a wall of glass windows that showcase the panoramic view of the lake will be the first thing you will love about this retreat. The kitchen and dining are great for seating and serving as many guests as you care to invite. There is an office/game room on the main floor that can serve as a workspace, conference room, or group fun. Upstairs is a loft with a deck, fireplace, and an incredible view, bunk rooms, a full bathroom and large closet with washer and dryer, and the master suite with a jacuzzi tub and a private deck. The lower level has two master suites that open into the theater room and the 1950s-styled game room will make you feel like you stepped back in time. From the black and white tiled floors to the cafe-type bar stools, full-service bar, and pool table, this room will delight you. An incredible deck stretches across both levels, encompassing the entire house. The house is right on the lake with an incredible 3-slip private dock with jet ski lifts to hold all your water toys, two swimming decks to catch the sun all day, a picnic table, a porch swing, and a cantina. Included is a large firepit on the edge of the lake with plenty of seating and firewood to enjoy group gatherings on in the cool of the evenings. The sound of the waves breaking on the shore, the quiet of the surround, and the incredible amenities of the house will make for a retreat you will not forget.

Having unruly or overly loud guests impact the ability of our neighbors to enjoy their properties, so we ask all guests to be respectful so we can continue to offer this retreat as a place to get away. We required guests to respect 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. quiet hours, noise monitoring systems are utilized. VRBO does not allow house parties and as such any additional guests that are not included on the rental will not be allowed on the property. If house parties or additional guests are detected appropriate steps will be taken including involving law enforcement.

Please note, though we do allow dogs, they are required to stay in the downstairs pool table room on the linoleum or in the garage. Thank you for understanding the size of the home and the challenge it would be to properly and timely clean it and the impact the dander and hair could have on future guests. We do require a deposit for dogs that is fully reimbursed as long as house rules are followed. Thank you
