Updated with new leather sectional, new flooring, and freshly painted! New, contemporary quartz counters and updated kitchen. Located west of Tamiami Trail (US41) and close to Vanderbilt Beach Road, Bonita Beach road and I-75, The Preserve at Woods Edge is in a FANTASTIC LOCATION! It is approx. 5 minutes to the beach, close to wonderful restaurants, shopping on Fifth Avenue in Naples, Coconut Point Mall, The Waterside Shoppes, Miromar Outlets, Gulf Shores Mall and more. There are dozens of golf courses nearby and endless attractions. Excellent Spring Break trip

The condo was extremely clean and well stocked for our stay! Communication with Vicki was very easy & she had an almost immediate response time. Location was great for shopping, dining & proximity to several beaches. We spent a few hours at the pool which was also very clean & cared for. Would definitly recommend & stay again!

Very good stay

Very nice condo everything was as posted the only thing that needs changing is a bigger tv in living room and spare bedroom Vicky was very responsive and very easy to work with we would definitely stay at her place again

Beauty in Bonita Springs

It was such a pleasant surprise to see that we were staying at such a a perfectly appointed condo. The area was perfect to do so many things! Definitely would stay there again! Loved every minute that we were there!

Well appointed, great location, and very well maintained

This property was very well appointed meeting all of our needs and wants. The location was perfect, near to all that we wanted to do. The Property Manager was very easy to work with and was very friendly. We would definitely recommend this property to any and all. It was a wonderful stay!!

Our stay was wonderful! The condo is super clean and comfortable!

Our family of four did not want to leave. We enjoyed the location of the condo near beaches, restaurants and stores. Everything you need for a comfortable, clean and fun vacation is right in Bonita Springs and I’d highly recommend Vicki and Ken’s condo. She is very responsive to any questions and made the whole vacation so easy from start to finish. We look forward to staying in this very nice and conveniently located condo again VERY soon! Excellent home away from home

The condo was fantastic. No need to check in or go pick up keys anywhere just use the code for the gate and the front door and your vacation has started. Set just off of Tamiami Trail it is easy to get to any place you're trying to go. Downtown Naples is ~20 minutes away (depending on how many traffic lights you stop at). The pool is very convenient and also has a grill you can use. Multiple beaches are only five minutes away. We will certainly look to stay here again next time we visit southwest Florida!

Intrusive Owner/Host.

The owner/host was intrusive and rude. She strangely monitored when we came in and out of the property via an electronic lock on the front door. Additionally, she called and questioned how much tv/internet time we were utilizing. We are quiet, non partying adults 60 years of age and have never been made to feel so uncomfortable by a VRBO host before.

Great location

Pros: Small complex with friendly owners and guests. Kitchen is large with pantry space. Lanai has a pleasant view with table and chairs. Pleased to have a bathtub, washer and dryer and spacious master suite. Cons: Sofa and chair were extremely uncomfortable. A sectional with a recliner or two would have made a huge difference. Flatscreen TV is small. The biggest complaint was nearly every drawer and shelf was stored with “stuff” that we wouldn’t use. Unnecessary clutter. As a renter we had to move this clutter to make room for our belongings. There were opened containers in the refrigerator, 3 opened bottles of pancake syrup and more. I have no desire to eat food that a previous guests has opened. Lanai was unsightly and cluttered with too much “stuff” stored there. If the above suggestions are heeded we would definitely rebook. We loved the pool and the good vibes surrounding the property.

Convenient and pleasant

Property was close to most things in the Bonita Beach-Naples area and a short drive to the beaches. The condo was clean, well-stocked, and comfortable. Accessibility was a requirement on this trip because of a family member with a broken foot, so this condo worked well because it is on the ground floor with no stairs.

Omits Springs

The property was very quiet and we met some very nice folks at the pool. It is close enough to restaurants and the beach but not so close that you feel the hustle and bustle. Bonita and Naples are a nice, upscale area. We also enjoyed coffee on the screened porch in the morning and saw some wildlife around the preserve (rabbits, all sorts of birds, even an armadillo). The condo was well furnished and we would not hesitate to stay here again.
