Hi Ryan, Thank you for the positive review! We're thrilled you enjoyed this home and had a great stay with us. It was a pleasure hosting you, and we look forward to welcoming you back soon! Cheers, The Outpost Team

Hi Joe, Thank you for taking the time to review your recent stay. We are glad to hear that you enjoyed the home’s location and the quick access it provided to Teton Village. However, we regret that aspects of your stay fell short of your — and our — expectations. We are very sorry for the inconvenience you experienced with the dryer upon arrival and the poor communication you received regarding the laundry service we offered as a solution. We completely understand how essential laundry access is during an extended stay and regret that we did not follow through as promised, and for the impact this had on your stay. This is not the level of service we aim to provide, and has been reviewed internally to ensure the correct processes are in place should a similar situation arise in the future. We are also happy to report that the dryer has been fully repaired since your departure. We hope that the refund issued for this inconvenience communicated our sincere apologies for the disruption during your stay and helped to alleviate some of the stress caused. Please don’t hesitate to reach out directly if you have any further questions or concerns. We also appreciate your feedback regarding the furniture. While this is not feedback we have received previously, we value your input and will take it into consideration for future updates and upgrades to ensure our guests continue to enjoy a comfortable stay. Thank you again for your feedback; it helps us improve both our communication and overall guest experience. We remain committed to delivering a five-star experience to all future guests, and we hope that, despite these concerns, you were still able to enjoy your time in Jackson. We would love the opportunity to host you again. All the best, The Outpost Team

Hi Jenna, Thank you for staying with Outpost and for taking the time to leave a review of your stay at White Ridge A7. We are glad to hear you found the unit to be clean and the location convenient, with easy access to the village (JHMR) and Jackson! We appreciate your feedback on the rooms, as we are always looking for ways to improve our properties. Your feedback will be shared with the homeowner to see if they would like to make any improvements based on your feedback. Regarding the bathrooms and loft, we acknowledge that the bathrooms are on the smaller side, and the loft’s sloped ceiling might be a challenge for taller guests. We try to accurately represent these features in the listing photos which show the slanted ceiling. As for the parking situation, we apologize for the inconvenience caused by the limited space in the garage. The HOA does only allow 1 vehicle per unit and parking passes are required on the property, so there should always be space to park. Our team is always happy to assist if you have trouble finding parking. Thank you again for your feedback. If you ever plan to return to the Jackson Hole area again, please let us know. We would love the opportunity to host you for a seamless experience! Best, Outpost Property Management

Hi Michael, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re glad to hear you found the home spacious and comfortable for your group, but we’re very sorry that aspects of your stay did not meet expectations. All access instructions are sent via both text and email to the contact information associated with each reservation, but we apologize if these details could have been made clearer. We also regret the disruption caused by the neighboring guests—quiet hours are posted in every home, and we would have been happy to reach out to them to ensure those were respected had we known it was an issue during your stay. Additionally, access to Sundance amenities, including seasonal closures of the pool and hot tub, is clearly noted in the listing description so guests can be aware of availability prior to booking. We also understand that nearby construction and road noise can be frustrating, and we truly appreciate your patience and feedback as we continue to communicate these factors as clearly as possible. We’re sorry that your experience fell short of expectations, but truly appreciate your insights. We hope you were still able to enjoy your time in Jackson Hole. All the best, The Outpost Team

Hi Brenda, We sincerely appreciate this feedback regarding your stay at White Ridge A7. It is certainly disheartening to hear of the trouble experienced while navigating the property, and do apologize for any shortcomings during your time on vacation. While our listing photos do show that the home is elevated, off ground-level, we can absolutely look into adding more details to make this more clear. We would have been happy to address these questions prior to the time of booking, as it is never our intention to have any guests feel misled. We are also very sorry to hear of the issue with the futon, and would have loved the opportunity to send our maintenance team to fix this, had we been made aware during your stay. While we have not received any similar negative feedback since your departure, we will be sure to have this inspected thoroughly to ensure that the futon is in working order, and do appreciate you bringing this to our attention! We are glad to hear that you were able utilize the upstairs loft area, despite the lower ceiling height. We would love the opportunity to help you find the perfect home for your next visit, should you ever return to the area in the future and again so appreciate your feedback! Best, The Outpost Crew

Hi Todd, Thank you for taking the time to review your stay at White Ridge A7. While we are so glad to hear that the home met your needs and you enjoyed the location, we are so sorry to learn of the disappointing aspects of your stay. We wish we had been made aware of the maintenance and cleanliness issues you encountered during your time with us. We would have been more than happy to resolve these items during your stay. That being said, we understand wanting to remain unplugged while on vacation and apologize these issues were not caught during our inspection process. We want to assure our future guests that the issues you reported have since been resolved and that the homeowner has replaced the sofa. We are truly sorry for these inconveniences and that the new couch could not be installed prior to your stay. Lastly, our team confirmed that there is a fire extinguisher in the home, located under the kitchen sink. We hope you would consider staying with us again if you ever return to Jackson. We would love the opportunity to welcome you back for a seamless experience. All the best, The Outpost Crew

Hi Michelle, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We sincerely apologize for any inconveniences you experienced during your stay. We aim to provide a 5 star stay to all of our guests, and we’re sorry that we fell short of your expectations. While we can understand the desire for a view, White Ridge A7 does have a private balcony and is on the top floor. The view is as advertised in the listing photos. White Ridge A7, like a majority of homes in Jackson Hole, does not have air conditioning, as our summer season is so short and temperatures drop so significantly at night. To keep the unit cool, we recommend turning the heat to “off,” as opposed to the lowest temperature as this will still kick the heat on when it cools off at night unless it is completely off. Additionally, opening windows at night and closing blinds while you are out of the unit during the day has yielded great results for our renters. Finally, using the fans provided keeps air circulating and comfortable! Regarding the parking situation, there is a garage and an overflow lot for vehicles that may not fit the garage clearance. We are dedicated to ensuring a fresh and pleasant environment for all our guests. The professional cleaning service we use provides thorough pre-and post-stay cleans. We will inform them about your observations on the smell so they can address this for future guests. We’re glad to hear that you found the location close to Teton Village convenient. Your suggestion about providing more dish cloths is duly noted, and we’ll strive to ensure an adequate supply for our guests in the future. Lastly, all of our properties have standard high-speed internet provided by Spectrum. We apologize that the connection was weak during your stay. We wish we were made aware so we would have been able to work with the provider to troubleshoot any issues. Your feedback is incredibly valuable to us, and we’ll use it to make necessary improvements to enhance the overall guest experience. If you ever decide to stay with us again, we hope to provide you with a more comfortable and enjoyable visit. The Outpost Crew

Hi Kristina, Thank you for taking the time to review your recent stay at White Ridge A7. We want to reiterate our sincere apologies for the negative impact on your vacation caused by this unit being located on the top floor. The guest experience is of the utmost importance to us and we are disappointed to hear that your group did not feel well taken care of. While we were careful not to select the wheelchair-accessible amenity given the stairs to access the home and inside the home, we certainly understand how your group would have appreciated more details on exactly how many stairs there were. We hope that you accepted the partial refund as a gesture of our sincere apologies for the inconvenience. We would greatly appreciate the opportunity to welcome you back in the future. As we are now aware of the necessity for your group to have a ground-floor unit, we would love to find you the perfect fit. We hope you enjoyed your time in Jackson overall and would consider staying with us again. The Outpost Crew
