* Pool Heat: Available seasonally for $85/day (must be heated for entire stay)
**Please note that pool heaters depend on ambient (outdoor) temperatures. When outdoor temperatures are 50°F or below, the heater may be unable to maintain the desired water temperature. By requesting pool heating, you acknowledge that pool heat is not guaranteed. Refunds will be considered only in the event of a verified mechanical or compressor failure of the heating equipment. Reduced heating performance due to low outdoor temperatures is a known limitation of electric pool heaters and is beyond our control. As such, no refunds or rate adjustments will be provided for weather-related heating limitations**

Better than the pictures! House was beautiful and accommodating to a large group. Also had everything you could possibly need. Very close to the public beach access basically right across the street and that beach access was amazing, Navarre is gorgeous.

Spotless! Huge house with room for everyone. We had a smaller group so everyone had plenty of space. Every aspect of the home was fun: putt putt, games galore, huge tvs, beautiful views, etc. Everything is updated and modern. I’d return in a heartbeat!! The golf cart came in quite handy too.

This house checked pretty much every box for a large group of twenty family remembers ranging in age from 2 months to 74 years. We especially appreciated the extremely ample seating, the fact that every bedroom had its own private bath and the large pool. The house was well decorated and had a huge amount of beach gear and pool toys available for use. Every room had a water view. Just a really A house.

Our group really enjoyed this property. It has plenty of room for a large group. The location is great; on the island, right down from the public beach, but still close to restaurants and grocery stores right off the island. We would definitely stay at this property again.

The owner was on the property when we got there and he was very nice and answered any questions we had. Beach access was very close and pier was 1.4 miles away which was good ride in golf cart. House had everything we needed and communication with mgmt company was easy via text with quick reply.

The house was wonderful, it looked just like the pictures. The golf cart needed a little work, and the bikes were not rideable, one had a flat and the others had chains that didn't work well. Everything else was beyond amazing. Would definitely rent again.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at No Shoes. There are so many spaces to sit and talk, inside and outside, and the kitchen is enormous and well equipped. The grandchildren loved the heated pool and walking on the beach. And the management team was helpful and responsive.

The house was perfect for a family get together! Just a short walk across the street to the beach. Plenty of beds and rooms to sleep a ton of people with different needs. The Great Room defines what a great room should be! Everyone can get together in there and not be cramped but is still close and comfortable. Would definitely go again!

This is a beautiful home with lots of space. 2 dishwashers, 2 washer dryers and ample rooms and bathrooms gave us lots of room to spread out and enjoy. This is not a beach front property. You will need to cross the road to get to the beach and walk a short distance to an access point. Also, read the fine print. You have to pay to use the elevator and although they said you can fill out a form if you have a person who requires the elevator, I requested the form twice for my 85 year old mother and never received it and was charged for using the elevator. Also, one of the video games and the dart board were broken. Again, I communicated these issues but nothing was taken care of regarding this matter during our visit. This beach is amazing and we saw turtles while snorkeling and bull sharks while scuba diving. We will definitely be back to this beach. We will not, however, return to this home.

Beach view was beautiful with easy, quick access to the beach! House was beautiful and perfect size for our group. Unfortunately we had a few issues - 2 rooms lost electricity during the stay, sheets in one of the rooms were dirty, the floors were very dirty and sticky, there was a razor blade, rusted nails, and broken glass in the kids sand area by the pool with one of the children stepping on the broken glass. There was also a delay turning on the heated pool -but still got charged for 6 days. Otherwise, the trip was wonderful and we loved the Navarre area!

We’re glad you enjoyed the view and the location, but we apologize for the problems you experienced. We immediately notified our maintenance team about the electrical outage and arranged for an electrician to inspect and repair the affected circuits. We also notified housekeeping and scheduled a deep clean of the unit, replaced the soiled linens, and reviewed our cleaning and laundry procedures with the team. The debris in the kids’ sand area is unacceptable. We alerted grounds and pool maintenance to remove all hazards and performed a full inspection of the pool/play area to prevent this from happening again. Regarding the heated pool, we’re sorry for any miscommunication, but you were charged from when we turned it on until you checked out, as discussed beforehand. If you have any questions on billing, please reach out, and we would be more than happy to explain any charges. If you can share photos or any additional details through Vrbo messaging, we’ll follow up promptly and work to make this right. The house was perfect for our family and friends to gather after our daughter’s wedding. There was plenty of room for everyone and something for all the kids to do. The elevator was an issue a few times but it got resolved quickly. they had someone come out and reset it and from there we knew how to fix it if it hand again. Great memories were made.Thank you!

Amazing house across from the beach

This was a great house! Loved all the bedrooms with attached bathrooms. Super close to the beach and the pool was so fun too for little ones with its large tanning deck.

Great family vacation a thanksgiving weekend

Beach Wedding

We absolutely loved this place! The ice machine had pebble ice and had plenty for all of us, having access to a pool was great for kids to play in and the beach is as close as some resorts that are actually on the beach. Beautiful house and it was so hard to leave it to come back to reality.

Beautiful house that is across for the beach! We did have one issue with the elevator that was not great, but other than that it was a great house!

Everything was top notch. Rooms, amenities, proximity to the beach. Proximity to shopping without heavy traffic.

Perfect Property!

We had a high school youth group leadership retreat here. The space was beautiful, with lots of areas to break out for group discussions. All the amenities were outstanding and we appreciated the choices of games/activities that could be done on property. We will definitely be returning!
