Sea la Vie is a 5-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom pool home located in the heart of Vilano beach, just two blocks to public beach access, & moments from downtown St Augustine & the Vilano Beach Pier. Walk to the beach or enjoy the beautiful pool that backs on to a nature preserve. This property offers everything you'll need to enjoy your next beach vacation!

Our stay was great! We were there for 4 nights. The instructions for checkin were clear and the house was immaculately clean and beautiful. We had a great stay. It’s located no more than 15 minutes from the downtown area with all the activities. And just a couple minute walk from the beach. Publix and a gas station within walking distance. Highly recommend and thank you for a great stay!

Weekend getaway

We loved the location of this home . It is walking distance to the beach and a short ride to historic district . It is great for a large family or multigenerational get away .

Great house

Great house, kitchen fully stocked, paper good supplied. We had 8 adults and a baby, lots of room to spread out. Great location. Beds and linens comfortable.

Wonderful all around!!!

This was by far one of our favorite trips! The communication was above and beyond with the manager and they had everything we needed to cook, chill, play and enjoy our time. Kitchen had everything we needed for big family meals and the walk to the beach area was AMAZING!!! We loved every minute!!!

Made the best of a hurricane evacuation

Family trip for those who love a pool

Enjoyed our stay for our family of 7 including children and grandparents. Easy walk to the beach and the pool with covered porch was the favorite spot. The kitchen was spacious and great for cooking breakfast. Bedrooms were spacious and comfortable with exception of one downstairs bedroom that has a different mattress from others. Is on a quiet street and walking distance to a playground and easy drive to restaurants etc. Would definitely stay here again!

Great house in great location

This house is so convenient to the beaches, Publix, and several restaurants! Cap’s was the best on Vilano Beach. The house has 5 bedrooms so everyone had a room or couch. The kitchen is a chef’s kitchen and we needed nothing to prepare wonderful meals at home. I would recommend to anyone who wants to visit St. Augustine, Fl.

Recommend!

This property was fantastic. I already looked to see if we could book it for two weeks next summer! Ideal location for walking to the beach and shops. Nice perk was being able to grab snacks and beverages at gas station on route to beach! We didn’t do half of the stuff we wanted to because property was so great and relaxing.

House for family reunion

House was great and had lots of rooms to allow separation of 4 families, with only 1 group sharing bathroom. Only bad thing, is the stairs, for folks having issue going up/down every day.. but that was only bad thing ..house was good to host our whole family.

Perfect house for the weekend

Jordan and Tom were nothing but amazing. They were super responsive and great hosts. We had accidentally left some things behind, and they were very accommodating and we were able to coordinate getting everything back. The house itself was huge!! It was very clean and had everything we needed (including a good stash of spices/cooking oil). My friends and I really enjoyed staying here. I would highly recommend staying here, and if I’m ever in St. Augustine again, I would 100% stay here.

Great House

This was a fantastic house! It is very spacious. Very short walk to the beach. The house was very clean and well stocked with the basics. Very quiet neighborhood which we enjoy very much. Would definitely recommend. The only things that would improve this house would be better internet service and a gas grill along with the house being ready for check in at four PM. We would definitely stay her again if we would return to St. Augustine.

Our cleaning crew works as hard as they can to ensure all homes are ready for check-in by 4 pm but this was our busy season and sometimes it takes longer than we expect. Everything was perfect. The location , the property conditions. You have everything you need to have a fun vacation. My only suggestion is the air conditioner, we couldn’t put the air below 69 degrees. There are some room hotter than others. Other than that is the perfect home for a perfect vacations.

Great family stay

We had a really nice time in the house with our extended family to celebrate a milestone birthday. Great proximity to beach and downtown. Feedback for property: 1. Checkout procedures are a bit extreme given the hefty cleaning fee! There was inconsistency with the directions as well depending on where you review checkout policies. 2. Downstairs bed (queen) was really lumpy and soft. Recommend getting a new mattress! Overall it was a great home and a great visit. Thank you!

We ask guests to please place all used bedding and linens at the door of the room it was used in, make sure all locks and windows are closed- some of our houses are empty for awhile in between stays, place all trash in appropriate receptable - we handle taking bins out and returning them and run the dishwasher- you don't have to empty it :)Our automated messages are the most current check out procedure- we apologize for any confusion. We will pass on your comment about the mattress to homeowners

We loved our stay at Sea La Vie in St. Augustine. The house was very well appointed and provided our family plenty of room to spread out! The home was beautiful as shown in the pictures. We truly enjoyed our stay here. The beach was a tad bit further than we anticipated and with two parents in there 70s we were able to have a good solution. We loaded our beach gear up in the back of the truck and there is a public beach access 2ish blocks away that we could unload our stuff and let our parents out. This made it easier on us to taking our things to the beach. There were a few things missing in the kitchen that we would have thought a home at this price range would have. For example, some pitchers for tea or lemonade and tupperware for leftovers. Also, be careful if stepping off the deck to the wooden landing as it seems a little wobbly. The kids were doing that and we had to direct them to always use the stairs at the end of the deck. We'd love to stay at this home again and in St. Augustine!
