- Located 10 mins from light #3 in Pigeon Forge: go down Wears Valley Road about 10 miles, turn on Happy Hollow Road & cabin will be located in 2 miles.

Road Condition to Cabin: curvy up hill for 1/4 mile

Pool Access:*Open: 10am – 9pm daily from approximately May-September*Location: 4005 Tomahawk Way, Sevierville, TN 37862*Cost: free to all guest that stay in this cabin

Check-In:*4pm - there is NO check-in office, you go straight to the cabin

Check-Out:*10am - See house rules for more info. Before you leave, we ask that the items below be completed to help our housekeeper quickly prepare for the next guest. Please load all dishes into the dishwasher and run it on the normal cycle. Please remove and dispose of all items in the refrigerator.

A community large outdoor pool, kiddie pool , catch and release pond for fishing are available for our guests at no additional charge located at Honeysuckle Meadows RV park (2 miles away).

The cabin is centrally located for many of the area attractions.
- It is 10 miles to the Parkway in Pigeon Forge, where you will find numerous attractions and restaurants continuing on into the Gatlinburg area.
- The National Park is just minutes away if you take the Line Springs Road into the park.
- Many people are not aware of this shortcut into the park without all of the Parkway traffic. It is 6 miles to Townsend where you will find bike and walking trails, river tubing and other activities.

The catch and release fishing pond and large swimming pool are located as you enter onto Happy Hollow Road, approximately 2 miles from the cabin. Our guests have access at no additional charge. The swimming pool is normally open mid-May through October 1, depending on weather conditions. There is a concession area at the pool featuring a nice deli menu.

Motorcycle enthusiasts will love this cabin. We enjoy riding in this area and the flat parking was a major draw to this cabin. With the new Foothills Parkway section open, the access is only 4 miles from the cabin. There is room for a trailer and 3 vehicles to park on a level surface, still leaving room for the bikes. The Tail of the Dragon is just 30 minutes away. There are many other places to adventure to as well that are nice day trip rides. After a day out riding, come back and sit on the porch and enjoy the view or jump in the hot tub and relax.

There is room for a trailer and 3 vehicles to park on a level surface, still leaving room for the bikes. It has EV charging with level 2 #nema 1450 plug. All guests must be 25+ with the exception of children with their parents.

There are cameras in place for your protection. If you touch or tamper with the cameras you will be asked to leave the property immediately. This is for your protection! They are facing outwards so your privacy is protected.

The hot tub is for guests 25 and over only. Alcohol is not allowed near the hot tub. You are not allowed to use the hot tub if you have consumed alcohol or you are pregnant. Use the hot tub AT YOUR OWN RISK!

No late check-out or early check-in. If this should happen we reserve the right to charge $50 per hour.

No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are beyond our control.

Soaps, shampoos, toiletries, condiments, zip locks, charcoal, and coffee are NOT provided

***Pets are allowed. Maximum of 2 small pets. Pet fee is $300 per pet per stay. (max 2 small dogs only)


Absolutely no fires! Unauthorized fires (including candles) will be charged $100 plus damages
