We completely understand how frustrating spotty Wi-Fi can be, especially when you’re trying to wind down with your favorite shows after a long day at the beach. We’ve reached out to the building HOA regarding the internet concerns, and they’re actively working on it. We also appreciate you mentioning the dishwasher rack—we’ve shared that with our team so it can be addressed promptly. Thanks again for staying with us, and we hope to welcome you back again soon for an even smoother visit.

The property is great, especially for the price. The pool is nice and big, the beach is beautiful. The condo was the perfect size for myself and three teens. The sofa bed wasn’t super comfortable but it was fine. The condo was surface clean, just don’t look too closely. We found lots of crumbs and hairs in the beds and bathrooms and the floor behind the couch when we pulled out the mattress was pretty dusty. Some of the dishes in the drawers had dried food on them. It could use an overall deep clean. They are clear in the details that you don’t get extra toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, etc. There is no soap at any of the sinks. Thankfully we read ahead and brought our own. It would be so helpful to have more hooks on the walls/doors in the bathrooms to hang swimsuits and towels to dry! Overall the place is fine, we love the Phoenix complexes. We really enjoyed the week!

Thank you for the detailed feedback! We’re so glad the condo was a great fit for you and your teens, and that you enjoyed the large pool, beautiful beach, and overall value of the property. Phoenix is always a favorite for a reason! We’ll also admit—we haven’t met many sofa beds that are known for delivering a truly luxurious night’s sleep! We appreciate you rolling with it, and we’re glad it worked well enough for your stay. We do wish the housekeeping details you mentioned had been caught before your arrival, and we’ll be sharing those with our Property Care Team. All of our properties receive a full deep clean after the busy summer season to get everything scrubbed, refreshed, and back to our sparkly-clean standard. We also appreciate the suggestion for additional hooks—those little practical touches can make a big difference at the beach. Most importantly, we’re happy to hear you had a great week and enjoyed your time at the Phoenix complexes. We’d love to welcome you back for another beach getaway!

Short work/play stay

The resort was great. The condo was really nice, but need new chairs on the balcony. The chairs were old resin chair that were a little flimsy. Other than that a great stay.

We stayed here for the weekend and it was great. The beds were comfortable. They had everything we needed in the condo. The condo was clean. The pool was clean. The only thing that I can put is that the water in the shower & tub wouldn't stay hot for long, but that's a small inconvenience in my opinion.

Girls weekend

It was easy to work with VRBO however the unit rental prices are deceiving with all of the added fees. We had to pay a parking fee that was not advertised in the rental agreement. The property was nice and clean. If it was more affordable I would definitely come again.

Christie, thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We're so glad to hear that y'all enjoyed your stay. Information regarding the need to purchase the parking passes are included in the property description of the Vrbo website and also in the arrival information that is sent to each guest before checking in. These fees are regulated by the HOA's that run the condo buildings themselves. However, the passes are valid for the entire stay. Our employees also must buy these passes when staying at the properties. We certainly hope this won't keep you from visiting or beautiful shores again. Thanks, again, for the review and thank you for choosing Beach Getaways.

Beach trip June 2023

I read where other guests mentioned seeing big boats enter the water way from the balcony. Another mentioned seeing dolphins from the balcony. We didn't experience either one. Perhaps it's the timing of your visit. It was disappointing. We had difficulty operating the tv and remotes. But didn't call for help. Some instructions would have been helpful. Netflix was not available in the living room or master. But worked in the other bedroom. We would have been most appreciative of two beach chairs. There was a broom but no dustpan.

Kimberly, thank you for sharing your experience at our condo! We are sorry the dolphins were not active during your reservation. Dolphin cruises and pirate ship tours run daily near the condo, weather permitting, so we are sorry if you missed their boats during their trips! We wish you would've called during your stay about the TVs so that we could've helped you out from the start! Next time, please dial our 24/7 hotline with any maintenance or housekeeping questions! We have shared your comments with our Property Care Team as they will inventory the cleaning supplies and supply any missing items! Thank you for choosing Beach Getaways!

Everything was perfect. There were even beach chairs and an umbrella for shade in the storage closet. TVs in every room, for the little time spent indoors. And the girls had a great time hunting for crabs by flashlight in the evenings. I would definitely stay here again!

The condo was clean and comfortable. Perfect view of the beach. We had one issue where one of the tubs didn’t drain. But we called the number for maintenance and they came right away and fixed it.
