Welcome to "Stay Cool on 30A", a comfy yet chic townhome directly on 30A with ocean views and quick walks to the beach, as well as the numerous shops and restaurants at Gulf Place Town Center. "Stay Cool on 30A" is located in the Summer Place townhome community that offers a seasonally-heated community pool, and a 600 foot walk the best beach access on 30A, Ed Walline.

Our family loves this home because even with older family or young children, and chairs and toys in tow, the walk to the beach is so easy! We walk everywhere- it's one block to our favorite coffee shop (Sunrise), multiple restaurants and ice cream places (we highly recommend Shunk Gulley and Pecan Jack's!). We are also only 2 miles down 30A from what Blue Mountain beach has to offer. Aside from the fabulous location, our other favorite thing about this townhome is the private rooftop terrace with ocean views. It's a sweet spot for enjoying your morning coffee, or playing cards and having drinks at night with your family and friends.

"Stay Cool on 30A" can sleep up to 10 individuals, with 4 large bedrooms and 4 baths, each with their own wall-mounted TV and DVD player. There is plenty of room for your group to spread out--the townhouse has three interior floors as well as a spiral staircase leading up to the outdoor rooftop deck.

The first floor bedroom contains one queen and twin bunk beds, decorated with a modern palm motif. All bed linens and bath towels are included for your stay- you only need to bring beach towels. There is also a full-sized washer and dryer (new in 2020) as well as a one car garage where you can store your vehicle and beach items. You may park another car in the driveway, or on the neighborhood street with a Parking Permit. We leave at least four beach chairs for your use.

Our unit includes a deck in the back of the house, with a gas grill and a small dining set (perfect for sitting and reading or doing a crossword puzzle!). Beyond the deck is a grassy spot where kids can play safely.

Our second floor living room has plenty of seating with a flat screen TV and cheerful views of palm trees outside. We left some books and games there for you to enjoy. Down the hall is another bedroom with a queen bed decked in stylish black and white bedding, and a hall bathroom with tiled shower.

The kitchen has granite countertops and stainless steel appliances including a refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, flat top stove, and microwave. Sit in one of four pretty bistro bar stools at the island, or at the table (which seats six). The kitchen is kept full of glassware, dishes, cookware, and utensils as well as a coffee maker, toaster, and blender. We also have an Instant Pot and a Crock Pot. The third floor offers two Master Suites with their own bathrooms. The front bedroom has a king bed with calming coastal decor, and peek- a-boo ocean views. The back bedroom has a king bed decorated with pops of navy, double vanities, and a walk-in closet.

The Summer Place community pool is located steps outside our front door. The gated pool is heated to 78-82 degrees seasonally. The dates change every year and listed below. The pool ranges from 3 feet to 5 feet deep with two sets of entry stairs and a water sitting ledge between the two stair entries.
