We had a wonderful stay here. The host was great to work with and always responded quickly whenever we had a question or needed anything. The home was spacious, comfortable, and had a nice fenced-in backyard, which was perfect for a family with pets.We stayed for two months while we were in a period of transition, and it was a very comfortable place to call home during that time. The location was also very convenient, with plenty of shopping, restaurants, and other necessities nearby.I would absolutely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, welcoming, and conveniently located home.

great place to stay with our family

The whole experience was great. Check in was simple and when we arrived a welcome gift was waiting for us. They checked with us at least once a day to see if everything was ok. We were attending a memorial for a special family friend so the location was perfect for us to visit with family and friends. We would definitely stay again.

Our stay here was wonderful! Beautiful, clean home and close to so many stores and restaurants! Chris was an amazing host and truly cared about his home and making us feel welcome. He was quick to answer any questions and very accommodating. We highly recommend this home and will definitely be back!

Just a couple of things

The house was very clean and newly updated. The only real issues were that the mattress’ were not that great. They’re fine for a short stay but I wouldn’t have wanted to sleep on them for a week. The hall bathroom had issues where the sink abs the tub did not drain very quickly so you can only shower until the tub starts filling up. Also, the house can have a lot of people staying there with all the bed options, but with only 2 bathrooms makes it difficult to get ready in a timely manner. A suggestion would be to put mirrors up in the bedrooms and maybe in the living room as well to have more spaces for people to do their hair and make up. Other than that the house was convenient served its purpose for our stay.

Ashley thank you again for your stay. We always give our guests our personal phone number because we truly want them to have the best experience possible. There is a little button/lever to make the hall bath/sink drain properly. We have always had compliments on the beds but we understand people have different preferences. We think more mirrors was a great idea and we have already placed them in the home. Thank you again for your stay and we wish you and your family the absolute best!

Vaca 2022

We wanted to be close to relatives to be able to do activities with them. This place allowed us to do that. It was a noisy street, especially on the weekends. Overall it had all the facilities of home which we enjoyed.

Thanks Jannette:). So glad we were able to host your family and provide all the comforts/luxuries of a home away from home😃. The area is definitely growing so fast now so I know at high traffic times it can be busier/more cars than normal but it’s usually hard to hear unless outside the home. Good news is lots of close shopping and plenty more coming:). We appreciate your family and wish you the best!

Weekend stay

We visited for 2 nights for my son to compete in the Highland Games. We didn’t get to spend a lot of time at the house but it was very comfortable and allowed us space to enjoy each other’s company, Christopher was very easy to talk to and quick to respond.

A nice enough stay

Our visit was nice. The property was a bit farther from the beach than expected (45-57 minutes), and although updated nicely on the inside, I feel it was slightly overpriced for what we got. It is an older property in an older neighborhood, on a VERY busy street. If you take a small breed dog beware because there are gaps under the fence for easy escape…mine got out twice but luckily I caught her before she headed to the front of the property. The hosts were very attentive. Overall a nice stay.

Jacksonville Gem!

Clean and spacious home in a peaceful neighborhood and convenient location- near restaurants and grocery stores. Not too far from I-295. Neighborhood is safe- I went out for daily runs in the area. The fenced in yard was perfect for my two dogs. Amenities include a fully stocked kitchen, laundry room, Roku TVs in the living room and master bedroom and plenty of blankets, towels and wash cloths. Also have access to the garage, which was handy. The owner is very responsive and helpful. Definitely recommend!

Great Property in Middleburg

A few notes about this property: I have a couple of rental properties in my hometown, and this property and presentation is what I would strive for if I were to list them on VRBO. There was nothing quirky about this property. We've stayed at some that had weird quirky things, and this place was the epitome of a normal home. There were some really nice touches - if we had forgotten anything, from Q-tips to K-Cups, it was all there. The kitchen was stocked with all of the gadgets anyone would need, including a Keurig and a standard coffee machine. I showed up in town a few hours early - fortunately, the property was ready. I messaged them and since it was ready I was able to go directly there. #Respensive #Flexible This property perfectly suited us - myself, my wife, our identical twin sons, my father, and our two doodles. It was a good place to stay, with plenty of room, everything we needed, and clean & comfortable. As usual, I get good results from VRBO, and this property was no exception.

We could not have asked for a better property for our Jax Weekend Visit! 3 adults and 3 kids slept comfortably and it was spacious and super clean! I would highly recommend! It is located approx. 35 minutes from the Zoo and 40ish minutes from the beach! Perfect quiet location - will definitely be recommending to family and friends! Property manager is just a phone call away and will check on you via phone to make sure your stay is going well ❤️ 👍👍

Wonderful Experience

I booked this property to accommodate myself and several family members who were heading to the area for a Baby Shower. Upon our arrival we noticed treats and a handwritten note from the owners (Chris and Mary), congratulating us on the upcoming addition to our family. Such a thoughtful and welcoming touch. For a few family members, this was their first VRBO experience and they were extremely impressed. The home was clean, beautifully decorated and easily accommodated our group. Towels and linens were provided, along with helpful extras. The back yard is fenced and we often found ourselves enjoying the night air on the patio. Check In/Check Out was a breeze. The owners were friendly and responded promptly to questions. All in all, a wonderful experience. We will book the property again in the future.
