We are delighted to welcome you to our family home in the heart of a village in the “Alsace Bossue” region, nestled in the forest of the Northern Vosges Nature Park.
Our home is tastefully furnished with custom-made solid wood furniture sourced from the nearby forest.
The village of Tieffenbach has a population of 200. You’ll find a train station and a bakery there. Just 2 km away, the Épicentre offers local products. (wines, cheeses, and fresh vegetables).
The Accommodation: In an 18th-century house, you’ll find a bedroom for two people that opens onto the bathroom—perfect for relaxing and unwinding.
In the living room, two sofas can accommodate two additional guests.
A fully equipped kitchen where you can enjoy Alsatian cuisine will allow you to prepare meals in comfort.
The bathroom features a beautiful, spacious shower.
A private terrace is located at the back of the house, where you can enjoy meals and have barbecues.
A unique feature of the village: at 6 a.m., the church bells ring to mark the Angelus, a prayer dating back to the Middle Ages that takes its name from its opening Latin words: Angelus Domini nuntiavit Mariæ (“The Angel of the Lord brought the announcement to Mary”).
In winter, you can light the wood-burning stove to enjoy the warmth of the wood fire!
You’ll have access to fiber-optic internet via the internet box.
Parking in front of the house is available for your vehicle.
