Don't think twice about this modern 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom Ketchum townhome situated in the Andora Villa Complex, just a few blocks from downtown Ketchum. The Andora Villa complex is close to town center, one stop on the shuttle to the slopes of Sun Valley Ski Resort, and minutes from the Wood River bike path for hiking, jogging or cross-country skiing in the winter.

This downtown Ketchum townhome has been beautifully remodeled and appointed with designer furnishings and fittings, and modern conveniences to enhance your stay. The open living area features warm wood flooring, a two seater sofa and occasional chairs around the wood fireplace, and a large 50” Smart TV with YouTube and Netflix for streaming your favorite shows. The living area opens to a private balcony for BBQ cookouts and alfresco dining with views of Trail Creek.

The open kitchen means you're never far from your family or friends when whipping up home-cooked meals and sipping on martinis. Yes, we have martini glasses too! The kitchen is fully stocked with modern appliances, a gas range, quartz countertops, and choices for coffee drinkers with a regular coffee maker and a Nespresso machine (and Starbucks only a half-mile away!). There is seating for 4 at the bar counter and an adjoining dining table for more formal meals around the table.

Located upstairs are two spacious bedrooms with Tuft and Needle mattresses and high quality linens for a night of comfort. The master bedroom features a queen size bed with access to a newly remodeled bathroom with quartz countertops and a tub/shower combo. The second bedroom offers a flexible sleeping arrangement to accommodate families with kids or a couple with two twins we can convert to a king on prior request. This bedroom has access to a fully remodeled guest bathroom on the main level of the home.

Other vacation amenities include a seasonal outdoor community pool and hot tub, full size laundry room for guest convenience, a highchair, games and pack-n-play for the kids, and fans for the warmer summer months.

Great location

Had a wonderful stay. Comfortably slept 4 people. Was an easy 5-10 minute walk into Ketchum downtown. Was clean and nicely decorated. Would definitely stay here again.

A Great Weekend during the Trailing of the Sheep

This is a great property and so close to downtown! While smaller, there is still room to hang out and watch TV, eat and just relax in Sun Valley!

Great place for a family

We had a wedding in Ketchum and this was easy access to town, biking and had easy in and out parking for us driving in from out of town. Clean and well appointed. Would stay again.

Great stay. The place is very cute and comfortable. It was so nice having two bathrooms. Very comfortable beds. A short walk into town. Everything was super easy. Would definitely stay there again!

Place was very quaint & nicely decorated! Easy walk or bike ride to town in minutes!

Loved to open doors & hear the sound of the creek!! Nicely stocked. Washer/dryer were very handy. Would return. Easy check out as well.

Close to downtown on the creek...

Stayed here with my wife and teenage kids. Check in and out was easy, the place was very clean and as advertised. You can hear the creek when you open the patio/balcony, which is a nice bonus.

Very nice, Minor issues

The house was close to downtown. It was very clean. The second bathroom is on the first floor which is a little awkward. Minor issues--the sliding door to the washer/dryer was off track and I could not put it back on. The washer didn't work correctly, it stalled, so I had to use a separate cycle to complete the wash. Despite all of this, we liked the place.

Great condo just outside of downtown Ketchum

A short walk to everything downtown Ketchum, this condo is conveniently located. Easy parking. Nicely remodeled 2 bedroom condo with 2 bathrooms with showers (one shower/tub). Property manager was informative and helpful. Bonus you can hear the creek at night from the primary bedroom balcony.

A nice week-long stay

We had a nice winter stay at this property in Ketchum. The condo was quiet, very clean and appeared as it did in photos. Manager was very responsive i.e. getting salt on the steps within a few minutes of our request. If you are planning to take the bus to River Run, it is a little further of a walk than other places we've stayed. Otherwise, it is easily accessible to town, including the grocery store. Parking was right out front, although be aware that in the winter, if it snows, you need to move your vehicle by 9AM to allow for the plow. There was a pack and play available and books for our toddler, which was a nice touch!

Needs better housekeeping and maintenance

Cute little condo. Nice couch and beds. Unfortunately, the housekeepers left the master bed dirty with all sorts of unmentionables. The master bath also had hairs all over the floor and a used bar of soap and hair in the shower. The master bath sink didn’t drain well and the TP holder was broken. I updated management when checking in. Overall, great spot for Ketchum, just needs a deep clean and better attention to detail.

The location was excellent (close to downtown Ketchum and to the River Run base area at Sun Valley). The condo was clean and comfortable. A map of the condo properties would have been helpful. Is there a path to walk to a ski area shuttle stop without walking on the highway/Main Street? The online information for the condo says there is a shared hot tub. We decided not to wander around the condo development in hopes of finding it. Minor but important changes or additions to the upstairs bathroom are needed. The toilet paper holder was mounted upside down and was loose so that the roll of toilet paper slid off into the waste basket. Thus, it was unusable. There was only one hook for a towel, robe, or whatever. It was located out of reach of the tub/shower. There was no place to hang additional towels (hand or bath) in the upstairs bathroom. There are places on the walls where towel bars, rings, or hooks could be placed. They should be added. The Nespresso machine was nice. Unfortunately, there were only two Nespresso coffee pods in the condo and Nespresso only sells the pods online, thus we could not purchase more during our stay.

Nice home and location

We had a nice stay but in the middle of summer (and a heatwave) not having AC was an issue, especially considering there was only 1 small fan provided for the entire townhouse. Ceiling fans or at least box fans for each room would be a big improvement.
