A Boho Chic Choice with Great Parking

A time travelers dream featuring true vintage furnishings and contemporary art decor. The tiki ensuite sleeps two with a tropical twist as the city view ensuite captures the energy of the mile-square. Mixing the best of decades in the bright and spacious living/Event room includes a full size MCM dining table, funky 80s seating and 60s hollywood glam velvet sofa. Bright galley kitchen and bar for snack and cocktail prep. Free parking is available in our controlled, lighted and video monitored lot. Free off-street parking is available as well.

The space
All areas of the apartment are available for use.

Common areas of the building including a Rec center with Foosbal, piano and laundry area.

Other things to note
Kitchen is nicely equipped with tools including bar ware. I continue to stock the kitchen with many necessary and a few not quite as necessary condiments, oils, spices, and other items.

The host was very welcoming and communicated regularly with us. This was an apartment in an older building, so it had some maintenance-type items that could be improved. It was very well laid out and had cute furniture and nice decorative touches. The two full baths and free parking were welcome amenities.

Good enough for some adults for a weekend

The apartment was overall very clean. If you are some adults looking for a place to crash it works well. There were some broken things, like the bathroom door handle was pushed into the door, the exterior entry door is breaking and is super hard to open, and some other minor things. The biggest issue is more the location and other people that live there. The entry hall smelled super heavy of pot and it sometimes drifted in, the people above are constantly stomping around all night, and the street is right outside the windows.Because it was just a place for us to sleep for the weekend it worked, but it's not somewhere I'd bring my kids or want to pass a lot of time at.

Perfect location for our trip to Indianapolis.

A cozy, well stocked apartment in the midst of everything! We were looking forward to spending time exploring the city and this was the perfect location for all we want to see. Thoughtfully decorated and with everything we might have needed.

Perfect size, walking distance to coffee shop and downtown (if you are an avid walker) Seemed like a safe neighborhood, but it was loud at night with cars on the road. All in all - I would stay there again!

Accurate description

This was a nice little place to stay. Plemty of room for 2 adults traveling. Downtown location was convenient for where we needed to be for the week. Only downside was the centeal AC was out BUT the hoat contacted me & setup window units for our stay thay

Would stay again

Host was very responsive, even when I arrived at 11pm and had a little trouble getting in. I appreciated the lighted parking lot. The apartment is up a half flight of steps. The apartment had everything I needed, and the beds were very comfortable! The host was very quick to respond to a couple minor issues I had over the 10 or so days I was there. I used the coin laundry (quarters) in the basement a couple times with no trouble. The building wifi was a little flakey once in a while but overall good. I rarely saw or even heard anyone in the building. Traffic is a little loud out front, but a noise machine is provided in the front bedroom. It is an older building so the floor creaks a bit. All in all, it worked out well for me!

Good, not great

Check in & communication was easy enough. The apartment is right at street level, so light & noise was an issue. Parking was no problem. The back bedroom does not have black out curtains, so our travel mates were bathed in orange light all night.

Great value in downtown Indy

We had a short work trip and this place was great for that purpose. Short driving distance to places, easy check-in, and good communication from the host.

Indy trip

My overall impression of the property is excellent! The reason being the property manager was super nice and was great with communication, the place is easy to find and has nice parking, and the location was close to Lucas oil and many others great places in Indy!

Indy 2024

It was a girls weekend in Indy to see P!nk! We had a blast and if we are in the area again we will definitely be staying here!

As you sift through a sea of listings decorated in that same "Wayfair" gray, black and white with a few muted attempts at splashes of color, my listing should stand out to you as unique and refreshing. The thoughful, curated choices along with "no fear of color" boldness can only add to this urban experience. The ease of parking and the private bath for each suite along with stepping right down the steps into the action should be your draw for choosing Decades.

My favorite bar is one block east along with Alabama Liquors package store for your convenience. Plenty of free off-street parking is available for your over-sized vehicle or your vehicle and trailer combination(rig)--the free parking in our controlled lot doesn't include rig or RV parking(possible with a fee but discuss first).
