Situated on the top floor of a characterful building, the flat is accessed via a period staircase. Please note that there is no lift and access may be difficult for people with reduced mobility. Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels); your bed will be made up on arrival.

The accommodation is laid out as follows:

Ground floor:

- A fully equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, Nespresso capsule coffee machine...
- 1 double bedroom with a queen-size bed (160×200)

- A bathroom with a bath and toilet
- A small mezzanine area with a two-seater sofa.

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional appliances: washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.

- Nearest railway station: Vannes, 8 minutes by car
- Nearest airport: Nantes Atlantique, 1 hour 30 minutes
- The accommodation is situated on a pedestrian street, which is not accessible by car.
