Do you want to feel the sun on your skin, laze on the deckchairs, take a dip in the pool or play a wild game of ping-pong? Do you smell the pine trees and hear the song of the cicadas? It's the holidays, welcome!

Come and relax under the southern sun in a superb contemporary villa on a wooded plot of 2200m², surrounded by pines, holm oaks and olive trees. Quietly located on the edge of the village of Aubais, 10 minutes from the picturesque medieval town of Sommières, 30 minutes from the pretty beaches of the Grand Travers, 30 minutes from Montpellier and Nîmes.

A beautiful 11.5m long heated infinity pool will allow you to relax just a stone's throw from the summer kitchen equipped with its plancha. Shaded terraces to the south and north of the house, 3 outdoor lounge areas, 6 deckchairs, a large wooden table under the holm oaks for dinners with family or friends. The house has spacious volumes and a zen and warm atmosphere inspired by our travels.

Our house is fully air-conditioned. It is built on the hillside and is equipped with an electric gate.
The upper level (160m²) accessible by a staircase contains the main very bright living space (living room/kitchen and dining room: 80m²), as well as 3 bedrooms including a master suite (28m²) with 180x200 bed, roller shutters, dressing room, toilet, and bathroom with walk-in shower.

The 2 other bedrooms (12 and 14 m²) with blackout curtains are equipped with 160x200 beds and built-in wardrobes. They are in the immediate vicinity of the 2nd bathroom with toilet and walk-in shower. The bedding is comfortable for restful nights and all the sheets and pillowcases are made of linen for maximum softness and freshness.

An independent office opening onto the glazed corridor on the north and south sides offers a view of nature and the possibility of connecting to the Internet via an ethernet cable (speed of 500 Mb/s with fiber optics). A dining room and a large living room with a marshall stanmore speaker and a fully equipped American kitchen complete the upper level.

From the living room, two large bay windows open directly onto the shaded south terrace, an outdoor lounge, the large outdoor table, the pool house and the pool area.

The kitchen has an American fridge, a fan oven, induction hobs, a microwave, a dishwasher, a kettle, a toaster, a blender, a classic coffee maker, a nespresso and a second tap with water purified by the reverse osmosis system.

The pool house (20m²) is composed of an open summer kitchen with a 2nd fridge, bar, 90cm plancha, shower and toilet for the swimming pool.

The heated infinity pool, 11.5m long by 4m wide and 1.5m deep, overlooks the tops of the surrounding trees. Equipped with a salt chlorinator, the water remains crystal clear without stinging the eyes. 6 deckchairs and an Acapulco lounge are available by the pool.

On the lower level, a large space (60m²) includes an exercise bike, a rowing machine and a second desk with the possibility, as upstairs, of connecting to the Internet via an Ethernet cable (speed of 500 Mb/s with fibre optics). A laundry room with washing machine and dryer complete the facilities while a ping-pong table awaits the sportsmen and women on the north terrace equipped with a 3rd garden furniture. 2 hammock corners, one to the south, one to the north, offer opportunities for naps under the trees.

Fiber optic internet connection, wifi throughout the house. We live without a TV, however we leave an 80cm TV available in a corner of the living room (SFR channel package).

A charging station is available for electric vehicles (7.3 kW and type 2 plug)

Some shops on site in Aubais: bakery, small grocery store, pharmacy, post office, PMU bar, a (very good) pizzeria to take away. Local market on Tuesday mornings. Aubai Mema (Aubais wine estate) and its concert evenings. Supermarkets and all shops in Sommières 10 minutes away.

Access: 12 minutes from the A9.
