The spacious lakeview living area beckons you to relax on the generous sectional couch, while the lakeview primary suite on the upper level offers a luxurious king bed and a private bath. Adjoining this space is a generously sized screened-in and air-conditioned porch leading to an open-air deck with a convenient gas grill.

Venturing downstairs, you'll discover another lakeview living area adorned with a pool table and a comfortable sectional couch. Three additional bedrooms await, two of which offer picturesque lake views—one furnished with two twin beds and the other with a queen bed. The fourth bedroom boasts a king bed and a private half bath. An open-air lakeview covered deck leads down to the lower level outside covered Tiki bar, complete with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, and bathroom, ensuring your convenience while enjoying the dock or Tiki bar areas.

The dock and swim area were fantastic. Easy check-in and quick communication from the host with questions. Plenty of space for gatherings. All kitchen appliances worked without issue. We rented a pontoon and it easily fit in the larger boat slip. A few minor cleanliness things/damages/issues that are typical of rentals. For example cheap sheets on bedding, shower drain in master was slow to drain, there was a small tear/hole in the lily pad, air conditioning was ice cold in some bedrooms while the main room was noticeably warmer. Would definitely recommend, and would stay at the same location again.

Spacious and comfortable

Overall we had a wonderful time. Home was clean and spacious. Location is amazing! We enjoyed spending time on the dock with our family, swimming, fishing and relaxing. Boat rental was within walking distance which was very convenient for pick up and drop off. Our only suggestion would be in upgrading or adding essentials within the home. Some of the things we found missing or in dire need of replacement are hand soap in bathrooms, dish towels and sponge (used a washcloth initially, then went and bought at dollar store), spatula for cooking was cracked (had a difficult time cooking). Cleanliness of house was very good but Keurig coffee maker was very dirty and needed descaling. I had to scrape with kitchen knife to clean prior to using. I restate that we had a wonderful time and will consider going back as the location and space of home was excellent. These are merely suggestions that would raise the rating of my stay from good to excellent.

Great Location

We had a great time. The only downside of the property was not having an outdoor deck on the main level. But everything else about the property met our expectations. This was a nice quiet cove that our kids loved swimming in.

Wonderful Lake Vacation

This property was perfect for our family getaway. It was clean, in a great location on a quiet cove just off the main channel and across from Margaritaville. Boat rental right at the end of the cove also. The teens loved the kayaks and diving platform. Would return again next week if we could!

This place was excellent well maintained and exactly what we needed and were looking for. We will definitely be trying to book this property again this year and next year. We have stayed all over the lake and this is in our top 3 for sure. Property manager company was great to work with super friendly and quick responses. Do not hesitate to stay here. Dock was nice and handled our boat well.

We love the location of this property, the amenities, and the private dock which is excellent for boating, swimming and lounging. Lots of room and seating, and the lower level tiki bar with a small kitchen and bathroom is a great plus. There is plenty of room inside and it is well furnished, cleaned and maintained. Excellent parking, easy access to nearby attractions, restaurants, shopping, etc. This is our second year in a row staying at a Four Seasons Property, and the service was excellent both years. The team is very responsive to any inquiries whether via email or phone. They make sure you have everything you need before and during your stay. When our coffee pot wasn't functioning well, they brought us a new one immediately, no hassle, no fuss!

Amazing House on the Lake

Honestly, no complaints here. House was beautiful, clean, and just as described. The outside areas were so much fun. We spent majority of our 4 days out there enjoying the patios, tiki bar, and dock area. I would most definitely try to book here again in the future!

Great House; Great Location

This was the perfect property for our family! Surdyke is at the end of the cove which was great for boat and jet ski rentals and Margaritaville was across the cove. The house was clean, modern and well-provisioned. The layout was perfect for multiple families with plenty of seating and table space. The jetty bar on the lower deck was a great feature. The dock is large with the perfect mix of sun and shade. Communication with the property manager could not have been better. We loved it so much, we are going back again next year. We've never found a place we've liked well enough to book twice, until now!!!

Wonderful time, we'll be back hopefully next year. We are interested in a larger property with a private pool! First timer to Lake of the Ozarks, John spent the time to make certain the property we were renting fit our needs and provided info specific to the lake that was important to our stay. Reservation process was easy on line yet I felt I had a resource available to me for any questions. Text requests were answered timely. We had need for propane for one of the grills and in a few hours this was handled.

Overall the property was in great condition.

Overall the property was in great condition. When we arrived a few pieces of the furniture on the dock were so damaged that they were unusable, by 12 the next day they had removed the pieces and brought in brand new! The team very responsive to all questions! Easy to work with!

Wonderful location and property

A stay at this home means you just need to pack your clothes, toiletries and pick up some groceries and you are all set! This house had the best setup of nearly any rental I’ve stayed in. There was pretty much every kitchen appliance you need, plenty of dishes, pots/pans, silverware and utensils. There were spices and condiments in the fridge for our use as well. The pool table was very popular. We enjoyed the enclosed porch for several games. We did not see the 3rd deck until coming back up from the dock, Being we were here over Thanksgiving and it was cool we did not use the decks or grill, but in warmer weather they would be great. We were supposed to have 8 people but due to the COVID situation, ended up with just 4 staying at the house. Even with 8 there would have been plenty of room for all of us. We had 5 join us for Thanksgiving dinner and there was still plenty of room so we weren’t on top of each other. The location was perfect! Quiet neighborhood with easy access to everything. The bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable. Those in the other king beds seemed to be comfortable as well. It was a nice surprise to find a half bath in one of the bedrooms on the lower level.
